1) Mounts are not as fast as vehicles (dang it).

2)You can leave mounts unattended in combat using the stay command, or you can have them attack, guard or follow with those commands.

3) I really don't know, but I think it would depend on whether or not you are grouped with the mount.

4) as long as the mount is unhurt (undamaged) it does not require "maintenance", If it has been fighting it may have been damaged fed (anything you can eat) or to heal the creatures mind it will need to do a "trick" (one of the trick commands) that will temporarily lower your mind Stat.

The CH community is trying to get the dev.'s to put in a mount that is at least as fast as a T-34, but so far that hasn't happened.

Please note that I'm fairly new to CH as well, so to the community if any of the above is incorrect please let him (and me) know.

Thanks for all the responses.

Man. Not to open old wounds or anything but I remember the first time I left SWG CH was THE profession to be. The term pokeman was thrown around like crazy and you couldn't go anywhere without seeing a zoo of creatures. While I thought CH was too much back then, it definitely appears that the CH profession got beat with the nurf bat a bit more than necessary.

Just got my swoop blown up from underneath me last night by Nightsisters, Mounts don't get blown up. Being 3k away from any shuttleport on Dathomir can suck when your vehicles get disabled. It's a long dangerous walk. Thank goodness for my Giant Carrion Spat.

My opinion is that mounts are classier than the very common vehicles. You disagree in a very sarcastic manner.

For a senior forum member who puts together some superb posts (as well as posts that I disagree with), your aggression aimed towards those that disagree with you (in particular me)sickens me.

Sky, hatchet buried, I shall endeavour to remain a little (or a lot)more optimistic, however I will have no qualms about stating my disagreement to a post if I disagree with it !

What I will do is attempt to word my posts in a way that will avoid causing either yourself (or anyone else) any confusion as to what I am trying to say.

As I said, I was in favour of Pluto's suggestion re Thunderheart (albeit pessimistic). Anyways, work to be done, have fun.

about the PVP TEF question, your pets are overt if you are overt, and if you get a TEF then they get a TEF.

not that it matters and you guys have made up so this isnt too relevent to the topic but

sometimes when i dont agree with a post (depending on the subject) I just dont reply to it lol

this isnt intended to anyone here in particular

but picking ones battles or post is a lost art here it seems as though many people just like to post lol to post

again this isnt intended to offend anyone or aimed at anyone it was just a good opertunity to say what ive been thinking for a while lol

its like the template post i see all the time and the whats the best pet post if i posted honestly i'd be saying do a search or even a find out for yourself as i did you learn more lol these are bad examples but i dont answer these types anymore lol
