Kessel.Tier 4Rebel spawn near the station in Endor D-435. Tier 3Kimogila spawn off of Red Sin Chimera, Endor system. I've used all three for grinding, though the Rebel spawn ismy favorite, as It can be a fp grinding spot.

Then go to Last Nav station in Dath sys to get to Kessel and kill whatever that you can kill. lol
Or try the Kimos, but they're apretty slow grind. There's also a tier 3/4 (can't remember) ship spawn in either the Lok sys, or another one in the Endor sys. Sorries I can't remember

Or you can fly to Kashyyyk / Chiss Poacher POI, that place is kinda cool 
They spawn really fast, and are not aggresive untill you shoot at them atleast not as Rebel Pilot.
I was there yesterday, and even with a Belbullab loaded with a 3800 and 3100 max damage weapon plus Overload 3, and a good manuverable engine also on Overload 3, I could not empty the spawn, I got 3600-3800 xp atleast every 10 sec there..
It looks like a spawn of 4, and as soon as you kill one, a fresh new one will spawn.

oh, and the TIE with the rear turret is the Aggressor, dont try to "tailgate" them, that rear gun simply hit too well when you are following it from the rear.
Target the weapon and do fast flybys, get to about 800m from it, then turn around and shoot at it again, continue this untill the weapon is gone, then close in and finish it off.

Yeah, that is basically what I do. I fly slow head on and I can usually take out the turret before it has a chance to pummel me. If not, I just boost away and turn around to joust it again.The first time I wentup against one I didn't know it had turret....oops. Thank the Devs for CTSS3 and CAP Overload 3

Thanks to all once again.
The Dath station mission works good for tier 3's.
I still make more cash from the Yavin station's tier 2 missionsdue to the sheer number of ships in each wave, but it is good to know where to get those tier 3's. I'll be heading to Theed later on to check those out.

I've looked around and I can seem to find any information on this. Does anyone know what MOBs drop Dermal Thickener (+10 Melee Defense), Muscle Flexibility Enhancer (+10 Unarmed Speed), and Perception Focus Augmentation (+10 Unarmed Accuracy)? Judging from the amounts of each available on the bazaar/vendors I can judge that the Perception Focus Augmentation probably drops off of a relatively common MOB and the Dermal Thickener is relatively valuable because it is useful to many professions, however I've been relatively unable to find and Muscle Flexibility Enhancer. Thanks in advance for any information.

Honestly I have had that stuff drop of the lv 30-50 npc mobs. Just the random spawn guys.

I figured it was relatively low level guys, just wondering if anyone knew which ones had a greater tendency to drop these specific enhancers. Thanks for your quick response.
