Please don't flame me as I am new to the profession. As a matter of fact, I haven't even mastered it yet. Is there anything that effectes sli.............just kidding, I know the answer to that one. Can we not make draft schematics from the laser knives and clamps?

yes you can you just need to use a droid weapon and general crafting tool (or whatsitcalled) and stand next to a droid, weapons and general items crafting station.

BTW, you need Slcing 1 (I believe) to be able to craft laser precision knives, and Slicing IV to be able to craft molecular clamps.

How did the first Smugglers slice the first container then?


Nah, you can craft PLKs with novice.




We couldn't play SWG without Tiggs. Now we can =)

D'oh, of course, well my excuse is, it is very early still here. I was thinking analizer nodes.

BUT for molecular clamps, it IS Slicing IV. "blush"

can someone check this for me. I have slicing 4 and I was using the weapon, driod and general tool, standing next the the weapon, droid and general tool station and it didn't give me the option to create a schematic. I will try it again today. Probably another "secret" nerf from our "god-like" devs.

Hmm... try using a private weapon, droid and generalstation, but a public should work. Try standing 1 meter or less away form it, I get that too sometimes.
