lol, Just a thought, you know how funny it would be to see a guy rollin through cnet on a torton mount, sounds like CH wishful thinking to me, but hey with SOE you kinda have to suspend disbelief lol

I get the impresion that the new ship will be the exlusive item and that the mount is just a little something extra that would be availible to others at a later date.

IF they allow the pre order mount to be obtained in another way it could only be BE made. there is no possible way we can tame it in the wild. they are not native to the new planet. but seriously i think you guys are reading to into the text. all the other preorder gifts were one-time only deals. i really dont care one way or the other but this post is more then likely false

Sigh...I'm going tohope that it's false because it doesn't list the leviasquall as a mount, and damnit I want nothing more than to ride into battle against the Rebel hordes atop a leviasquall.

But really...it is time for some additional mounts. They don't have to make new creatures. just program saddles for some existing creatures. Show some love.

My theory on the new RotW mounts...

The valacyl - probably a BE type skin (oh something new)since it is being said the pre-order ppl can get it not just CHers. But I am sure there will be a wild version to it also, or maybe it is just there a low lvl version on of it they are using in the expansion pack. I guess we will have to wait to see.

Then you have the slower Bolotaur .. which probably CH only... larger and POWERFUL (let see how powerful.... and if it can attack while mounted...*ah dreams...*)!

I just want to explore a new planet and some really new creatures... none of this same type different name stuff... hehe

As for the rest of the joke mount list.. I highly doubt it... besides that fact there are already several mounts available for the general population... if there are any additional COOL mounts.. please oh please may it be CH only!!

BTW I have refrained from gloating about this for awhile but I can no longer resist....

told you they would just use the same body styles with minor cosmetic changes. Veractyl is nothing but a Voritor/kimogila/Kamurith model with an elongated neck and raised neck/head skeleton. And they barely even changed anything for the Bolotaur. They even used the same raised neck model, just with big stupid looking feet.

I guess I should add here at the end that the textures and skins for the veractyl were well done. The bolotaur though is obviously a quickly converted early version of the Veractyl.

Would be nice, but can we fight on them and have them attack too? thats what i want to see. No one uses mounts anyway. They are too slow, get attacked easier. Handle retarded and useless when you want to fight on them. Otherwise i love mounts, and adding tortons and perleks and stuff as mounts would be simply awsome, but think again, what game are we playing here lol (period)

I want to believe CH is not getting any love but we kinda are. New creatures (with assumably new tames *cough /assumestheposition *cough*), a balanced CL system, a balanced grouping system, and decent armor ratings. But on the other hand....it all still sucks. No defenses, marginally increase CL cap and taming values are almost spiteful in their near-nonexistence. Not even so much as increased Creature Knowledge (I mean we train the things, we should know more about them than anyone...)

I really feel like theres a Death Star sitting on this game. One sneeze by the wrong Programmer and POOF...no more SWG...

What I remember is that JTL was not a pre-order gift it was the ones that tested the JTL recieved the flash speeder.
