for those of you who didnt see my edited chat log the other day with several CSR's, here you go...
Since all east servers are down, I went into the chat and see if I could dig up any info on the current status of frenzied graul babies. Despite countless mature efforts at getting any insightafter 2 hrs, heres what I got:
CSR-DesG's response: "Unfortunately I am not a Dev and not responsible for gameplay"
CSR-RickK did not reply
CSRMervK did not reply
CSR-BenC did not reply
CSRJeffreyB's 1st response: "Tivo, for that, I would suggest submitting a bug report. I'm happy to pass it along, but there's not a whole heck of a lot I can do regarding it"
CSRJeffreyB's2nd response: "Tivo, I can assure you I'll tell my supervisor, but I can't promise you thatit will be addressed immediately"

well after typing the entire ticket out, while alt+escaping back in i freakin accidentally hit the stupid refresh button. Soooo there was no way I was going to retype it all out. Instead, I took 4 screenshots capturing the ticket's comments.

seemed like Ken actually wanted to help out, but Kevin sure did make it short and sweet to end that ticket, not even throwing in their usual: "If you seek further assistance with this issue, please feel free to contact the holocron again." 
by the way, i intend on "submitting feedback" and "reporting a bug" everyday for the next 30 days. lets see if i get a response now

I got a frenzied graul and dont want that every mch is running arround with one .
.They should take other pets in the game with better/same stats like a frenzied.
The extinct pets should not become usual.
Make a petition for other better pets.

Warning: just woke up and got a cell phone bill for three times more than what it should be even though i cancelled well within the 15 days trial period, so im quite ticked.
i love when people make posts like: "i have an ancient blood drenched kliknik king harvester stalker, but its mine and no one else should have one because they are extinct and should stay that way because i dont want others to be as cool as i am"

ok, now that i got that out of the way. if frenzied grauls became tamable again, they would probably be as rare as the bull rancor. so i highly doubt every master CH will have one

so far 2 of the 6 Devs have read it, no response yet. still talkin to the CSR at the moment, will post that asap

I will do the same on Radiant and send a csr report and see what kind of responses I get.

like I said, the CSR i contacted (forget name) said the babies as well as adults were taking out of the game. Got a lot of negavtive replies since apparently the adults are still around (haven't bothered to look). But i hope they do straightened this out cause I've already tamed a lot of my "wanted" pets (great plains stalker, montigrue screecher, toxic merek battlelord - not really rare but AWESOME resists) and don't wanna get bored and drop CH....again.
