Sorry the track did net you anything. I have only seen Wasteland Cu Pas twice in a year. Once many years ago on the track and again last week when I found my baby on the track. I can't confirm any other areas for these.
Question: Don't these things appear on the Explorer Mission Terms? If they do you would think they would spawn more often as those missions don't give waypoints.

About two weeks ago I had a long discussion with Q3P0 in a thread about Live Events, or rather, the lack of them. Today, I was having rather a lot of fun playing BF:V with my buddies at -TPF-, plus I didnt fancy trekking around looking for my Wasteland Cu Pa again just yet, and so I decided to keep playing, rather than login at my usual time(around 7ish).
At 7:55 this evening, the first of the big Tusken Raid Live Events took place on my server, in Bestine, about 300m from where I would have been if Id logged in at my normal playtime.
Seriously, someone "up there" has taken a serious dislike to me
