There was a guy that lived next door to us near Theed. He was the most annoying guy, constantly harassing us. I reported him constantly but of course, a single person reporting someone never does anything so I got no results. The last time he started getting on my nerves (standing at the door of my house spamming "LET ME IN!!!!"), I pulled out my ravenous torton and told it to follow him. This was before mounts and vehicles, and fortunately he wasn't smart enough to shuttle somewhere else or cross a server boundary.

Aperson he was hunting with asked me what I was doing, so I said I was having my ravenous torton following him to annoy him. He said "thanks, I just needed to hear you say that so I can report you". So I said, "good, hopefully they respond to you soI can ask them why they haven'tdone anything aboutmy 50 harassment reports on him."

My latest is having my kreetle that is named "ForSale" follow people around. What could possibly be more unusual than a kreetle following you around?

Do any of you know what the limits are on what we name the creatures? The reason I ask was because I had tamed a mamien male this weekend and was trying to name it "TheOriginalForceUser" and "LukesFather"but the name never stuck. I assume it was found to be not acceptable. (Not quite sure how that name is filtered, but someone can name their character "Mahbahlz Yurchyn".) Anyway...at least the spined puc named "MasterOfAllThingsEvil" worked.

I have a ronto named Shorty. The guy was taller than me when he was a baby.

The other day I was part of a krayt raid in the Graveyard. (Major disaster; Lowca has a rebel city within spitting distance and we had a few overt Imps in the crowd. I might be the only one that DIDN'T die.) I was also the only one that came away with something worthwhile: a Bull ronto baby. In a few days I think I'll run through Bestine with Mr and Mrs Shorty.

Yes, there is a filter on names. And SOE will enforce it on player names if they get even 1 complaint, they're kinda obnoxious about that.

A crystal snake would be a good one. Call it The-Bottom-Inspector or something

Ifsomeone is getting majorly POed because of this, it would be a good idea toquit before they hit the /report command.Be careful, SOE has a policy on stalking and setting a character to follow someone and leaving it. From what I remember though, it only dealt with characters, not pets. So at least we may have a loophole. It is fun to be a minor annoyance from time to time though.

I want the devs to put in pet customization kits like we have for droids. Or at least let an image designer fiddle with them. I'd love to have a couple of pink grondas to parade around and set to follow the drunks.

I someone's getting majorly PO'ed, they probably have a mental problem... I doubt SOE would do anything, since it's incredibly easy to make the pet stop following you, and it doesn't so anything anyway (I'm not having something like a graul running around obstructing vision). If, however, they shook the pet off, and I proceeded to hunt them down, and have it start following again, then we might have an issue. Typically, when someone finally notices, and sends me a /tell, I make it stop following, because that was the whole fun of the exercise anyway.

Get a Vicious Huf Dun to follow people around. It has to be the most annoying and loudest pet around ... every time they take a step everybodies screen shakes like crazy lol.

Actually ravenous tortons are bigger and they shake the ground too, hence my story.
