I hate Merek's, especially when i see em on sale with a typo....

Well since my other posts tamed three more queen merek harvesters, the king just doesn't want to spawn.
The first three tames had no special.
The last one I just got has
intimidate 2
That king is not gonna elude me for long, come here come here!!

Queen Merek harvester babies are much more easier to come by than kings. Even though I found more lairs with Kings, the queen baby spawn ratio was quite high in comparision to the king. I'd seen seven queen babies today, tamed them all, only two of them had an abilty, both of which were intimidate 2. Only saw one king baby between about seven lairs. Maybe just unlucky, dunno.
The blood drenched King, I found four lairs but they were three merek spawn lairs, so getting the bleeder (no pun intended) to spawn a baby was a right pain in the bum. Everything else spawned a baby just not the blood king. Well I ain't down just yet, you will be mine!!

Congrats Kwoing and glad to have helped inspire you to go out and get ur own queen. I was insipired myself after refcently learning they were indeed tamable again. MY old King tamed before the great extinction is alsmot to the 75 vital mark and permant stat loss so this new king and th others are very welcomed.
Dunc thanks mate on the compliment of my critters. However i dont know if what i have is all that rare any longer but defiently are useful in my book. By the way.. its 3 Bull Rancors and 2 Great Plains Stalkers hehe. I seem to have a knack for finding what i wnat with little effort. The first Bull indeed took over 700 lairs. However the 2nd i found the next day on a drive to the village. The third I found getting whooped up on by some gpaing spiders and I saved his life and he graciously bonded with me. The first GPS found after around only about 13 hrs spread out over days. The second again I found lizurourly wlaking around vlling pets. Last night after taming the King harvie and my friend mcmarz told id prob trip over the blood king baby while looking for one. Sure enough.....
