Thread: Pet Specials excel list
We shouldnt sticky until we have ensured it is correct I have already pointed out some possible issues.
Also one other anomoly we should look at is the Giant angler.
It appears to drop L2 and L3 skills firm different groupings. Now I know this one to be true because I have found the L2 and L3 skills on them myself

I agree there is probably just more of a pattern, it's just not so cut an dry.
Now my data was gathered form my own tames and the information posted in the 'Pet Specials" thread.
Although from getting skills myself I have personally validated many of the entries we cannot rule out the possibility of posting errors
Also one thing to consider is the retillian flier issue.
To date no one has found intim L3. I have personally have tamed hundreds of them to only find self sacrifice and aggression. So I wonder could we have some mobs that only have a pair instead of a triplet.
if you find someone that has foundd intim l3, hamstring l3 that have not posted knowing that would help.
Another point is maybe these mobs are not in multiple groups but maybewe have other group patterns that might share a single skill with another group.

I can't find any correlation, although, looking at this, there are only 20 creatures here ...
The only real correlation is that there are probably more physical groups that may share one or more skills with another group.
Also maybe a mob can be in 2 groups. That would explain the giant anger. Since it has L3 skills in one group and L2 in another.
In dev comments they did state the type of skill would depend on the critter type itself. But even though we have seen a pattern does that indicate there are distinct groupings.
The fact that only 2 skills have been reported on the "named" reptillian fliers also bothers me, but only because I have tamed so many
It is possible that all skills were assigned to critters individually and the group pattern is just something we are seeing by just the nature of the critter types. Skills may not have been assigned by groupings at all. theu could have just divided them by planet, level and critter type making some skills deliberately on rarer mobs.....wouldnt it be noce if the devs gave us an idea
