There are three basic approaches to gaining CH XP:
1. Tame, Train, Release (TTR)
2.Clean up yard trash around the cities on the starter worlds
3. Big game hunting on the adventure worlds with a group. The Geocave is a varient of this.
Option 3 may be the fastest, but I advise you to learn some basic techniques with yard trash before you put Fluffy to the test on Dathomir. Basic rule is, your critter needs to get one hit in for you to get the CH XP. This is why the Geo caves are so phenomenal; chances are the Geonoisans are aggroing on some other player, not you or your pet, and you can get your one hit in with minimal risk.

I used Geo rigorously. I never buffed, I was never armored and I was a 0/0/0/0 novice pistoleer at the time. I mastered CH inthree weeks (I was one box away from master for that last week, was too lazy to get that empathy IV), and I was spending maybe an hour every couple nights.It's by far the fastest way - one hour a night (about 100k xp if you know what you're doing) will net you master in a week or so.
That's if you want to grind, though.

i got all of my CH xp either during the time when you could group hunt on dant, (at the end i had to shout, FORMING HYBRID HUNTING GROUP...to get anything done.) or using ranged pets on top of the death watch bunker back when everyone were attacking the SBd's. they forgot to nerf CH xp for those guys, its 4k xp per droid

My personal favorate method is the geo caves with a single wild dune lizard doing ranged attacks as the jedi or TKM's tank. you get like 1140 exp per geo. and if your grouped with the guys killing you get a share in the credits they loot so you can easily rake in around 10k an hour.

My method for CH xp was definitely not the fastest, but it was quite rewarding IMO. I completely explored corellia, tat, and Naboo on foot. I'd tame and fight every lair I could handle with my standard pets. I'd tame the babies that spawned, then turn them loose on the lair I just tapped them from. It's ok for XP, and I learned a great deal about exploring safely, finding babies, and the game in general.
There is some downside though. If your into money and toys and rugs, gongs. etc.. this isn't the way to go. It's the "old Ben" version of CH experience. Woot ! I mastered in a quick 4.5 months! haha.

Hey guys I just got Novice Creature Handler Yesturday woot anyways. Was woundring How do I get Creature Handler xp and what is the fastest way about geting master Ch ty for all ur help.
