actually seriuu if you use the looping macro for special attack commands (to make sure they work) it will effect CH's
So you have to make a long macro and hit it every once in a while. It just isn't as bad as everyone is making it out to be. And if hitting that macro button is just too much work, spring the few bucks to buy a device like the Nostromo n52 that can run macros for you. I don't think there is a rule against using something like that as long as you aren't using it for AFK macros (that is assuming they make AFK macroing against the rules after they remove repeating macros).
TH saved me having to recheck the EULA
(It may even be a third party program that executes macros, but that is a no-no that breaks EULA policy and gets players banned).
So use of N52 or any other third party program can get you banned.

The thing is, there is no way they can prove you are using an n52 that doesn't open themselves up to a lawsuit as long as you aren't afk. And since they allowed looping macros for so long, I don't think it is the looping macro they have a problem with, it is the use of looping macros while AFK. SOE never banned anyone in EQ (that I have heard) for using an n52 while actively playing (to the relief of many bards and rangers), and EQ is far more anti-macro than SWG. I just can't see them putting any time or effort into attempting to catch someone using a looping macro while actively playing the game.
