I find radiant odd. Here we have actually quite a few CH's coming around but they are all on at the same time of the day (or i shoudl say night
like around 12am here) i am usually the only i ever see until those times and then soemhow we all end up in coronet and show pets talk about what we tamed that week, kinda fun. we dont even plan this :S

Another reason why you might not see some of the CH's (especially MCH's), is we don't have our titles up. My reason (not sure what other folk's reasons would be) is because I get tells all the time about them needing their pets trained or made into mounts. I don't have space for other people's pets for training. 'Nor do I wish to spend the time trying to train someone's pet for the pay that I would get and the deletion of one single favorite pet to even make space. And I'm tired of disappointing people with my standard canned response of not having the space, too. So my title had to go.
Bah. Sorry for the rant... guess I had something to get off my chest.

Well, I've been an MCH since the great CH nerf in December of 2003. I'm still one and will remain one as far as I can tell. I have noticed an increase in CHs on Starsider in the past couple of months. Some appear to be new players. Most of my time is spent in space now because I love it and it is the main reason I got into my first MMO, SWG over a year ago. However, that being said I really like being an MCH.
If you like solo playing as I do then I think my template works extremely well. MCH coupled with MRM and a sprinkling of medic skills and I'm set. The only thing I can't do is heal my mind wounds, but just a quick trip to a cantina and I'm set to go. The group nerf was a funny thing for me and I'm sure all of us other CH's. I've never really participated in solo grouping because I've always been able to do that, lol.
Now, usually I don't go running around with my pets because you will typically get some tells asking to train this or that pet. For the most part I oblige folks that courtesy, depending on my time. I also do not advertise my title for the same reason. So that may be why peeps don't see too many MCH's runnin around. We've gone underground, hehe.

uhm, same for smugglers, bioengineers, pistoleers, carbineers...there are so many proffession you won't find more than 2 people at coronet, i don't think that's something to worry, i've always heard that chs are getting extinct but actually i've always seen more chs than i expected on farstar.
i see at least 1 master a day i haven't seen before...probably many people switching titles a lot, ain't got the master ch tag right now myself.

You don't happen to be looking for a new guild , do you ?
I'm sitting at starport since friday ..... i think i saw about 40 creature handlers, from which less then half are master.
People not only don't weat the title, they also disabled the search option , so they can't be found.

We have a few MCH's on TC. I am working on it (0100
), but should be there in a few weeks/months.

Maybe it's just me... but every Major City I visit (C-net and Mos Eisley in particular) I always see people pull out the high lvl. creatures.
They may not be MCH's but it seems a lot of people have a few skill boxes in CH.
I agree with this. I constantly run into CH on Flurry. I have the sense that I'm seeing more and more!
