you still don't need to be master to pull out a rancor... just close to it. they are only level 50

You Know you are an Old CH when:

- you are actually surprised your pet ran away.

- you faint when it stands and fights.

- You remember when your mount was worth something.

- You fought Krayt dragons using a Graul Mauler and actually won.

- When you depended on your pet as your weapon and not the flame thrower you currently hold.

- paralopes caused you to run.

- Grand Wrixes were actually grand.

- when gurrecks were bigger than you.

and lastly, when you could actually have 3 Greater Sludge panthers out.

....and then no matter how hard we get nerfed, we still keep CH because we are still some of the coolest characters on the game.

...they pull out 2 pets to get double the exp.

Now 2 pets gets you the same exp. as one pet. Using two pets may save on your stim packs though depending on the level of pets I suppose.

CL was "Challenge Level" wasn't it? At least people don't refer to deathblow as "coup de grace" anymore.

Yeah, it was "challenge level", I believe.

I always refer to the deathblow as the "coup de gross" myself!

Yeah guess that should have said: "If you have ever pulled a Rancor at Novice."

Actually, I found that xp still flowed better with two lesser pets than the single tank. With the new xp calculations that came about as part of Publish 5, having one high level (relatively speaking) pet out nerfed your xp to hell and back, and using two low level pets gave xp as if you were using one single low level pet. I miss the old double xp days, too, but multiple pets still have their applications.
