I too would like to know how you people are "clearing" them out. I am a novice rifleman and novice heavy swordsman.... Once I fire a shot all 3 or 4 panthers are ripping me apart...

Took me 2 days to find a spawn with a baby...

I just got a giant crystal snake yesterday... i had to /tame that thing several times before it actually worked!

I got my second one tonight south of the Imperial Outpost about 1km. Had to send my giant sand beetle to his death so I could pop the lair a few times to get a baby to spawn. Named him IronFist.

I ran into an abandoned town on Talus tonight, the whole town was overrun with Greater Sludge Panthers, I attacked one (I've killed them alone before) and the whole mess of them aggroed on me and me to the cloning facility, also knocked 4 points of Vitality off my pet.

Didn't see any babies though.

I have seen people with Tortur pets, or maybe they were Tortons from Rori. I've never seen a baby yet though and I have pretty much been exclusively hunting Torturs the past couple of days.

The greater sludge panthers arnt agressive, the normal ones are, but if they argo they all do so, i got mine on talus about 2-2.5km southwest of dearic in the swamps, 3 good babies, hope this helps

3,000 meters north of Dearic, in Talus are numerous GSP Lairs. They are usually by teh river. Watch out, sometimes the adults try to kill their babies...

Holy cow! That place was awesome!

I went there tonight to see about adding a GSP to my family and was AMAZED at the number of pantehers of all varieties there. My mask scent was darn near useless as about 10 of them jumped me in the middle of town and gave me a free trip back to Nashal.

I went back after healing up and all the panthers were gone, and I found something that is kind of hard to believe. Something more elusive than the GSP baby, more stealthy than the plains stalker, more amazing than the original sight of Panther Town.......

^^^A jedi? I have heard of them being on Talus. If you want a GSP got Dearic go south / South West you should run into a ton of lairs. I will have to check out panther town.

Just to add to the GSP census data, I found mine about 2k NE of Dearic. I am happy to say that Speckles is now at 40% and he is darned impressive. I love that hopping paw-swat attack!

Ember, the Turtle pets you see are one of two things: Bioengineered Tortons (not sure on the challenge level) or tamed Ravenous Tortons, from Rori, only the Ravenous (aggressive) Tortons have abbies, and they are fairly rare. I think they are around CL 30, but can't be sure.
