Go to the gen lab and let your pet beat on others kills.. they dont mind your pet helpin out and the exp will roll in.. also get management 3 so you can have 2 pets out at once..

This is somewhat silly but your best bet seems to be get a pet about half the level of what you're killing. What you kill entirely depends on what you can solo. If that's like... fambaas (Cl32, or 34 something like that) get a cowardly gurreck, kill them. It's boring, really boring, tame any babies you see on the way of course.
Taming gives a lot of xp but takes too long to long to chase babies generally, tame them as you see them but don't look.
The Geo cave works very well, a CL 18ish pet will give you like 800 xp for everything.
So the trick, kill the highest level thing you can do solo, with the lowest level pet that will live to tell the tale. If possible get a group, and do the same (mutant rancors seem to give about 1000 xp depending on the level of your pet), though that's still slower than the geo cave.

jeeze....i can solo enraged unbuffed & w/o a pet.......hell, i can solo anything besides them 350k HAM things.....w/o my pets. they just slow me down

As someone stated above, getting a pet to leech off the kills at the Geo Cave is an excellent way to get ch xp quick. Last night there was a group of 10 at the front of the cave. I got about 30m back from the action with a lvl 30 pet with a ranged attack. I was getting 900 xp a pop without having to do much of anything. An enhanced kwi showed up, which got me 1780 xp! Got about 60K xp in a very short amount of time.
