i got a reply on my ticket to thank me for letting them know about this. however they dont have a fix right now.

BE-made CL 57 Kaadu I trained as a mount. Only "/tellpet follow" works to get it to follow. It won't guard, either.

I am having problems with the guard command on all 6 of my BE pets. I issue the command and keep getting the ? above their heads. This happens on Dath and Dant. It seems to be related to structures and buildings. Happens in outposts, near buildings and lairs. If I move into the middle of no where and spam the command, it eventually takes.

my wild swamp rat CL 4(10) will not respond to any /tellpet command. He only will respond to spoken commands. He will not follow unless i change position. So if he is done attacking a (dead) mob, he just stands there. If i say the command to follow, he just stands there. If i move in ANY direction.. the smallest amount (not even 1 m), he then immediately starts to run towards me.
