Thread: CH Mounts
what about giving the bigger (elephant) creatures control points from lets say one city to another(player cities).
so then you can set up a transportation company.(only very high CH ofcourse)
I'm hoping that the devs address the issue of not allowing mounts to attack enemies. The skill tree specifically grants the ability for a CH to embolden pets. What I'm questioning is why you have to have a mount (take for example a fully grown level 20 Dewback) whose colour ID indicates that it will most likely kill you if you choose to fight it, will stand there impassively while something attacks you sat on top of it? Also what changeswhen you get off the beast.....does it suddenly think to itself 'Oh! He's off me, now I can go scrapping!'What I'd like to see is a system introduced to the skill tree which allows higher level CH's train their mount to act in an offensive way to anyone who decides to attack their master. If we're talking about a gradient to make attaining a higher level of CH more worthwhile, then perhaps the following ideas might be considered
1. Train ability to turn a mount into a War mount
2. Master Ability which allows MCH's to train slightly more obscure creatures of a certain size to become mounts ( an example possibly could be a Giant Sand Beetle, Grand Wrix, Greater Sludge Panther etc etc....I'm sure there are a few more that could be used)
3. Ability to tame certain flying creatures to accept a CH mount.
Also what the dickens is Creature Vitality all about....and why does your crittur lose vitality points when you use a pet vitality stim on it.......how do pet stims differ from medical stims......and why??
