0/1 pets are certainly an exploit. Not one you have to go out of your way to use, but an exploit none the less.

BE non CH pets are not an exploit in my opinion. While "out of range" for what they probably should be they are made without any attempt to create a bug and more or less seem to fall in line with the general be crafting process. They are strong but I hardly see leet players using them to get an edge in the game, more of a nice cruch for low level compat professions.

go ahead and use them, sell them, or do whatever with them. it's an exploit if the dev's dont know about it and it's not as they intended the program to run. you did your part by telling the proper csr authorities and if it's been in the game for a year then i would surmise they intend for it to be there. there are hundreds of people at swg coding and patching and fixing things in the game every hour of every day. if they got lazy and didnt do anything other than nerf our profession to make it craptacular and weak, then you should be able to use your creatures. between glorifying and pimping the jedi class and JTL, they probably wouldnt notice you using them anyways.

O and A, xm 202: party rock !!

Phased out MCH.... Theyve nerfed my entire profession. now wt.f do i do? We play online games because we enjoy the immense level of detail and diverse options and the ability to do a near-infinite number of activitites and professions. with every balance more and more of our options are stripped away and the game is slimmed down and streamlined. its currently basically a bugged console game. if i wanted to play a console SW game, i would play the KOTOR series because the knights of the old republic games are fantastic. even lego SW for my son's gamecube is more enjoyable at this point.

What I mean is, your definition is flawed. Greatly flawed.

Funny thing not MY definition but the definition from SOE's Database

I'd say the high ham non-ch pets are NOT an exploit.

I'm only a novice bio-engineer only using random samples from talus and I've achieved at least close to these numbers. And in some instances a little better. And again I'm just a freakin NOVICE!!....

If I'm exploiting the entire BE profession is an exploit.

Really KnightHawk420? Can you give us an example with stats and creatures used.

One of the major differences in high stat CL10 BE'd pets over wild CL10 pets is that the BE'd ones will have Vun's to nearly everything, which doesn't mean anything till you add armour, but I bet it's used in calculating the final CL of a creature.

It seems to me to be more of a mistake on the part of the Devs - for not properly handling left over pre-nerf Bio-Engineered Pet deeds than an "exploit." Hell, people like me - who have joined the game and become/are working to become Creature Handlers Post-Nerf don't even really know about these things.

It is even still possible to tame pre-nerf BE'd pet deeds? I have 2 (I didn't realize they were pre-nerf, they were extremely cheap deeds for solid pets with 10kHAM so I bought them) but they show no difficulty level for taming. I figure they're nice house decorations, and maybe when I reach Master I will be able to tame them. Anyone know?
