Truly a CH among CH's. I know I will be talking to you on AIM but somehow I wish I could reach through the monitor and twist your arm.
I have been truly thankful for your voice on the forums and if TH or Tiggs don't understand what a blow this is to CH then they will never understand CH's. IF Vert is out there, now would be a good time to stop by. One of the truly great players of the game is bowing out.
Losing Pem and Tivo is almost more than the CH community can stand. Those of us who hold you in great esteem will truly miss your words of counsel on this forum.

I agree with the others here. You are a true inspiration, and your posts will continue to provide that.
Its amazing how much work you have laid, and i hope new chs will respect and apriciate this as much as we do.
You have been of a great help in my search for a collection of rare pets.

srry to be an a$$hole, but isnt this a game? i mean having friends in it are cool and whatnot...but this is a bit too far

Tivo,
I know at some points, i was rather negative about aspects of this game and CH as well, that being due to how much i love bing an MCH, and hate being screwed around. YOur guidance to our cause will truly be missed, and the passion you showed in trying to get things changed is unmatched. Everyonhe has a breaking point, and i am being pushed a little towards mine every time i log on. If it wasn't for working on FS quests now, i would probably be done. (Before you all 1 star me, I'm gonna be an MCH Jedi... Couldn't drop CH if i tried

I can see you saying that if this game was free, but everyone of us pays $15 a month to play this game, if not more,and at least i expect to be somewhat satisfied when i pay for something. I have met many people in this game that i would be at least a little saddened if I or they left.
Think what you are saying before you post it, or you will always be pissing on the wrong tree.

This is a game but we are also a communtiy.
The CH happens to be a close knit community that cares what happens to it's members.
Tivo, Sky, Pluto, Feth, Siobabble, Spreadsheet, Myself and quite a few others have been here since the begining. We have quite a bit of respect for each other and have fought many battles together, both in game and here on the boards.
I will forgive you in being new but that comment was out of line, perhaps in the future you will learn of the ties of this community and become a part of it, then you will understand.

I came back just to say goodbye to Tivo.
It truly saddens me to see the neglect CH's recieve from the dev team. Almost 6 months ago I left SWG for CoH, and I return to find the same problems, the same bugs, and the same promises to fix the bugs.
Devs, you are truly the slowest devs of any game I have ever played, honestly, the worst I've ever seen. I'm sorry, but you get an F- for results. An 'A' for effort, a 'F-' for results.

Robofish'spost isa mirror of whatcame to my mind when I heard that Tivo was leaving. Amazing Grace on the Pipes seems the most appropriate way to express how losing one of if not the best of us feels.

Tivo is a good guy, and I've hunted with him a couple of times. He's also been very helpful on these boards, and will be missed. I remember when the hologrinding started, eventually I lost ALL of my original friends list to it...it was somewhat devastating in a sense--but then I remembered this is just a game, and that I too could walk away at any time. As long as some one is "walking away", I'm cool...it happens--but this thread almost comes off a lil likefuneral--I believe that's what provokes the "it's just a game" response. Myself, I'm hoping Tivo comes back, as well as my old friends--and hopefully I'll still be playing if/when they do.
