Since I am not in game at the moment, but rather working. I thought I would let you know that I have only seen Adult GPS south of Petersburg. I have seen and killed atleast 3 adults since PUB 21. Pburg is my home town and prior to Pub 21, I have not seen the GPS near or around the town.
I am hoping one day to walk outside my House and see a GPS baby staring at me.(time for me to wake up now)
Hope this info helps

I just now crossed paths with a Plains Hunter baby. While not a Great Plains Stalker, it does confirm that single spawns are once again tamable.

I've been hunting a GPS for about 10 days now. I gave up my MCH/TKM template in order to pick up the Area Track ability from Ranger to make the hunt a little easier. So far I've seen two GPS adults ( at -128, 517 and at 646, -1980). However I don't think going to those WPs will help. The way it seems to work is that there is a small percentage that while within the GPS alley (see SWGcreatures for a map of GPS spawns) the wild spawn you trigger will be a GPS. Say 2% GPS, 15% Corellian butterfly, 10% bageraset, and so on. Then the trick wouldn't be to go to certain waypoints, but to move back and forth around the GPS alley triggering as many spawns as you can. Of course I haven't caught one yet, so I might not know what I'm talking about.
I'm only lvl 58 now, so the lvl 50 GPS spawn as green, which is just about the only green I've ever seen in that region of Corellia, so they're hard to miss when they do pop up in between Area Tracks.
Yeah super info. I dont expect the cords to work, I am just trying to flesh out the gps spawn map. thansk for the post. good to know abotu the color.

I picked up a trick the Rangers use to find a gorax or other rare. Go to a wp that you know the animal spawns at and kill everything in the area. Wait for a respawn, and kill again if it doesn't show up. The basic premise is that is a creature can show up at those coords 1 time it can do so a 2nd time, and killing in the area is basically triggering a random reroll to have the GPS pop up. Plus, it's a little more fun then just circling Corellia. We'll see if it yields any better than just roaming to trigger spawns.

Eh. I prefer Talus over Corellia, my mission in life was to tame a Mire Marauder... I've seen three adults, but never with babies, and onenear a Sludge Panther lair. The adults all said Tamable: No. Has anyone tried Mire Marauders recently?
but I can confirm that the rare single spawn creatures are spawning, and with babies.

Milteck found a Mire Marauder after Publish 20 and they are still untamable.

This was in the notes from Ko, so it wasn't a surprise. They upped the chance of spawning a baby in wild lairs to counter-balance it, and from what I've seen they really did. I went to grab from Cu-Pas for non-CH mounts and I found 6 babies in only two lairs.
This is also the reason they allowed babies to spawn in the initial creation, for CH's that aren't combat-oriented enough to tap the lair.

Which means you're SOL if you're a CL80 Creature Handler.
??? No, it just means you have to tab through the solo agro spawns on your radar, same way you do while hunting any other baby. Or, figuure out what color spawn a lvl 50 is to an lvl 80 character, and as long as it isn't grey look for that color. I just meant to say it's rare to see lvl 50 creatures on Corellia, aside from the GPS.

Has anyone Spawned a single spawn baby? I dont think its possible.? I think rare just got alot rarer. From what I am hearing single spawns are having babies but the only way to find one is to be lucky enough to run into it?
So if your out and about and you see a single spawn baby even if your dont want it someone will so snatch it!

That's true Voodoo. You have to get lucky and stumble upon it as they only spawn the one time.
If you get an adult, you could mark a waypoint and leave the immediate area then come back, just like milking any lair. That might work.
