My temp is:

Master Pike, Master CH, Medic 0420. Combat Prowess 0003 (working to 0004).

I just dropped novi BE, so I haven't had these lines of medic for very long, but I like it a lot. So, I would suggest your second list with the FS boxes. I don't have any intention of going jedi, so the melee speed is all I'm willing to commit the SP to. But, ifI were headed that way, and already have those skills, I wouldn't give them up for AdvAB. My experience is that the AB works just fine in PvE situations.
