I would modify that pet correctly do not keep it around as is the first ch to sick a ten k ham critter on someone who raise a hornets nest as it eats entire bases and so forth. You do not want some player that got ganked that way to report you for cheating, and before you know it you are banned at the worst or find the pet removed. Best to change the pet to its correct stats.
Also we have no clues how a exploit pet will interact with the enviroment. Who knows the game may read it at one ham, or read it was near decayed. In which case if the thing takes 1 hit its dead for good end of story.
One last thing yes those pets are exploits they were created useing a bug in the game, and yes getting caught with an exploit item can get the item taken a warning and a record created for you your account or banned. Sentimental value or not put that pet to the correct ham its the right thing to do.
