Thread: Help me understand please

It is very hard for a BH to kill a fully templated Jedi, please try and remember that whilst you are gaining exp and training your Jedi toon you cannot expect to be anywhere near as strong as a full combat template CL80 elite profession template.
Trust me, when you start paying 225k as a BH mission you won't lose very often to a single BH and will be quite capable of dealing with several at once. Stick in there, it is worthwhile in the end, most of the whining on these forums comes from people with a few boxes of Jedi skills expecting to be able to do the full on Yoda lightsabre frenzy.

Very true, in fact I'm only a meager 145k or so and I can still hold my own most times against a single BH or at least make it a fun fight, and thats without too many heals. Just have to know whats going on and how to watch your back... now BH/CM templates I just run from....

You know what the sad part is. A BH can solo a Knight, so why do they need 3-5 to take out a Padawan? BH are supposed to be about the sport of the hunt...there is no sport in that..they are just out to see how much suffering they can cause. I hope SOE hurries up with removing names and payouts from the terms.

Well here is my take on all of this. Yeah i agree with the qouted poster, but the new BH template BH / rifles / CM is HARD to kill. Patch 19 enhanced their heals in every way, and reduces our in every way. These guys where hard to kill before, after patch 19 even harder. Having said this, no BH have killed me since CU, and ive fought about every good BH on my server. Last guy i fought claimed to win 8/10 fight vs. 220k+ jedi. He was extremely good with his CM heals, roots, snares, paralyses, and all that crap they throw at you.
Its all about the player skill, because the proffesion is there for them to kick our asses. We do less dmg than others, we heal worse than others, Master defender gives same defenses as a TKA, but our skillboxes costs more, so we cant have as many proffesions as regular characters.
