They are both pretty good templates for CH. I would personally go rifleman, better choice of damage types, good attacks, more complementary to CH. BH is good if you want to PvP, but its not as effective as MRM for PvE. LLC is a very solid damage dealer but MOB's with resistances to electricity are more common than energy AND acid. Plus the AP3 abilites of MRM means even against a tough target you are doing a lot more damage.
A reality check BHs suck at pvp they are more suited to pve.
I am a MBH along with my ch, and I can testify its a deadly combination. For one you can be nearer to your pet for the purposes of healing without wandering out of an ideal range.
Damage types whether other players know it or not a BH has access to all damage types. I do not recall seeing an electric, or kinetic rifle. As for Armor peirceing we know the cu is nerfing that. We have all heard that speed capping will be gone from the game. Try going against a nightwitch without and kinetic damage dealing out, and you will find out just how limited rifles can be.
BH moves of note torso shot. Watching 2000 ham points burn off a target is a real kick. Lightning single 2 dishing out 6k hits is a blast aswell. The truth is over a protracted beat down a LLC will drain more damage out of an enemy then anything else. The only problem with the llc power hits is they do have a tendency to pull an enemy off your pet.
The bh pluses are obvious more weapons, more damage types, really good dot attacks. Bleed burn blind, and if you master you get sprayshot which will dizzy stun and blind. You can attack from nearly every range. You can stay near your pets to deliver heals when needed. Your also to more readily care for yourself when you get ganged on by a mob say when a creature breaks off your pet. The master marksman itself is nothing to sneeze at you get a huge range of moves an extraordinary selection of weapons. Even if its falling back on a lowly striker going head to head with a nightwitch.

I find Conceal Shot invaluable when rare hunting. You find a baby among a bunch of hardhitting parents, uncles etc. Just sit back, drink some brandy and conceal blast the adults at a safe distance without anything aggroing you. When all crits but the baby are gone, you can move in and tame the baby. Of course you don't get the rush from praying that mask scent won't brake, when you are taming a baby with the mother standing 5 yards away... but such is life

Well I have done both, MCH/MBH, and now MCH/MR..
Hands down Rifles mixes with Ch the best imo. BH was fun to match up with CH but the damage output of a Master rifleman is just awesome. Even though there are some mobs that are resistant to all rifles, with the AP of a T21 you just cant beat it. Not to mention that conceal shot at master is just awesome. Strafe 2 is the daddy of all kiting shots and does such massive damage.
I reallly enjoyed my days as a MBH/MCH but now that I have made my alt a rifleman, there is no going back.
Edit: oh and since the CU has not even hit a beta, I would not worry about what your Template will need to be like, when it finally shows up. It may be a year for all we know. Considering that it takes about a week to master any class, I would go with what works now and not sweat when the CU is gonna change. Imo the CU is a myth anyway
