Is there a way to call a pet without using the radial menu?
I.E. create a macro to call and store pets?
Thanks

Is there a macro that will help you get through CH really quick? I am a 3-3-3-3 CH and I want to get to master badly. I have been using my pets for everything and playing roughly 6 hours per day and 10 on thursday and Friday. If there is a macro that you guys are using can you please post it so i can get through this prof.
Thanks,

Lazy? He plays at the very least 6 hours a day. I dont call that lazy. I say that he needs advice on macro's and on good places to hunt.
Like he said hunt rancors and at night set your pet on guard and stand in a spawn of meatlumps while afk.

Straws is very right and that will work but I find a macro works much better. Today is your lucky day, I am in a generous mood so here you go, but shhhhhh!!
/ui action cycleTargetOutward;
/tellpet attack;
/pause 8; ----> you might want to play with these as it kind of depends on how fast your creature is.
/attack;
/pause 4;
/ui action toolbarSlot00; -----> put the macro icon in the first slot in your toolbar so that it loops.
The best pet to use in my own oppinion is a decent level BE pet, that isNOT fully grown,with aranged attack. It can be whatever cl level but make sure that you just tame it and start your macro. One of the best places to do this is just out the west gate in Mos Espa on Tat. right by the shuttleport. There are lots of noob spawns and hardly anyone there. Now I'm not telling you to unintended macro for sure but at least you don't have to work your keyboard and mouse while this is going. I honestly did this lots of times while watching movies as I can relate to how boring grinding CH XP can be.
Hope that helps.

I didn't mean to come off aggresive, its just that i hate seeing people having to macro their way through a proffesion. Yeah, i know you've put a lot of time into the proffesion, however don't quit now by having to macro the rest of the way. Take your highest level pet you can have, and just go hunt stuff on Dath. I've only been a CH...for maybe a week or so, and im 1-1-1-2, almost ready for my next box.
Its one of the longer proffesions in the game. Why should the rest of us people who like the class, tough it out the whole nine yards while someone can just go camp an area and get master in....3 days?
It does take time. Hunt in groups! Some areas i reccommend are the Genosian Lab, and enraged rancor groups in Dathomir. There are probably lots of other places too.
For dathomir, 9 people in the group, 18 missions, 6 or so rancors per mission, and 1400 exp with a level 20 pet (could be more with higher level pets) that is 151,200 CH exp for about 2 or 3 hours of work. Do that daily, and you will get master in a week or less. All without macros, and done the honest way.
I would do this too, however i have school, and some other "jobs" in game.
Again, im not here to start fights or get on your bad side. But this class is bad enough with people leaving it and going to other classes, along with others macroing through it, and using exploits. I want to get people to start playing honestly.

ha...did not need the macro after all. Thanks to everyone who helped i decided to go to the genosian caves and in about 4 hrs i racked up enough xp to take me from 3-3-3-3 ch to a master. Please accept my apology soupy for my rather negative comment I have had a rather rough couple of weeks at work and it seeems as though small things set me off.
Thanks again for everyones help.

I used to use one to spam pet specials and keep them attacking, but post-CU all it does is get pets stuck in perma-agro and frozen, plus it's pointless without special attacks.
