Thread: New JtL CH Change
- When you fail to teach a pet a command, you can now simply repeat the command until the pet learns it, without going through the radial menu again for each attempt.
Fixes one of my pet peeves about training, especially when you have a lot of commands.
Remember, this won't be live until JtL goes active on Oct. 27.

Yikes.
I sincerly hope this change hasn't broken the commands alltogether, because that's what I am seeing now. I can't train any command but "follow me" at this point.
It did, but I fixed it. Sorry. I don't think I've been getting enough sleep.

Um yeah sleep is for wusses and people that don't Play SWG
Thanks for the fix
You are w kind a generous man. And your great looks are only exceeded by your infinite wisdom.
Any chance we can get you to be the CH Dev permanently?

We're not going to be assigning individual designers to professions the way we did back in the long-ago, during the before-time. Rather, groups of developers are assigned to task-forces to tackle different things. For example a strike-team workson Combat Upgrade while other groups of devs are assigned to all-of-the-other-professions while another team is assigned the GCW, and so on.

Well thanks for the quick fix, any idea if the fix will hit thebeta server before it shuts down or before the JtL launch? (since I seem to recall hearing that it took 3 days for most changes to process through and be pushed out).
Nope, no idea.
I do know it'll be in before the launch-publish to Live, soLive won't ever see the bug - just the 'enhancement'.
What the near-future holds in store for me personally is support for the JtL launch. Beyond that and you get into the "Always in motion, the future is"-territory. ![]()
