I've heard of ch's doing over 500 missions looking for a baby bull rancor. That is insane first of all. The only thing that makes the bull rancor worth while whatsoever is plague strike. I suppose to have one would be cool but cool enough to do 500 lairs? Why not just have a be sample a few bull rancors and make a be creature with plague strike? idk, just my thoughts

you should start the grind, 500 lairs will yeild 10 mil. if you dont get a baby after that offer the 10 mil for 1

I dont myself think that it is worth 500 missions either but that is just me.....for most it is the thrill of the hunt and attaining something so rare and.....as for dna sampling it and making a pet with plague strike.....well.....unfortunately thats one of the specials SOE has coded to not allow BE to carry into the pets they create

that and nothing makes a ch feel better then having mask scent and pimping an animals baby right under its parents noses..... i love to walk up to a lair and steal there baby while they just watch and growl.... its so fun

and the thril of the hunt is so much fun..... it is worth it to have searched for so long to get the most rare pet in the game that we know of.

bull rancors are awsome any ways.... and by the time you find one you will be rich.... if you dont catch it your self you dont feel like a real man or women when you call one you bought off some one..... i cant wait to get master ch so i can start my quest to get the most rare animals out.... should be fun..... and you will feel like god when you finaly find one and feel like crap if you fail to tame it and agro it lol.... good times

...a baby, small, yet not so innocent, lurks near the monolith...chewing on regurgitated meat of some kind...(poor sap)

...I quickly, yet quietly, roll myself on the ground, masking away any trace of city stench remaining on my hairy frame...becoming one with the wilderness the beast knows too well...

...slowly...step by step...watching their eyes...their every twitch...waiting forthem to look me in the eyes...

...I step on a branch...I STOP!...they look my way...I am like a tree...hoping the wind doesn't blow my furr the wrong way...they look over my head, to the distance...then, casually resume their meandering...

...a beed of sweat trickles down the back of my neck, as I slowly let out the breath I was holding...and take another steady step forward...

...I reach the child creature, and begin to coo and cluk, hoping that the creature will acccept me as a friend..."Steady boy"..."Don't be affraid"..."I'm not going to hurt you"...

...then it happens!

...the baby turns to me, looks be dead in the eyes...........................and smiles!

THAT is what CH's LIVE FOR!!!!!!

THAT is what all the hubbub about RARE and high lvl tamed babies is ALL ABOUT!!!

be cantmake plague strike pets?! crap. Well as of right now i have spent 9 hours looking for a bull rancor, and 7 for a mantrigue screecher, i suppose its something to take my mind off the lack of content...............

Grawarr that was fantastic. You captured my feelings exactly. I can't go after the big boys yet but getting in and pulling a gurreck or mottled wrix from mommie is really thrilling. Having the adults pull right behind you and roar or watching them sniff the air (yes some do) keeps you on your toes.

well, that was my experience just a few days ago...unfortunately, it was just a regular baby Rancor, BUT NONE-THE-LESS, it was X-CITE-ING!

I tamed a Grand Wrix baby for a friend last night...and even though I KNOW they aren't agressive, I was still tingling with excitement...waiting for the tell tale combat music...LOL.

Bull Rancor baby.

Plague Strike is nice, but my Screecher does it from range.

Plague Strike can't be made into a creature by a BE (stated earlier)

Rancor, imidating creature in the SW movies (although killed by a Jedi with only a boulder)

Bull Rancor - Biggest Rancor you can tame. Absolutely huge.

I want one. Not so much for the Plague Strike, but because he is huge, and he is rare. I don't hunt all the rares, but this is one I want. I haven't been as gung ho as many CH have been, but I do spend time every now and again looking for one. Would spend more, but I need to see some sunlight every now and again, and Dath is a very sunlightless place.

One small thing. I am glad babies are now yellow radar blips as it allows easier knowledge of one being in the group without tabbing to everything, but I do miss the old days of having a baby could agro you before you even attempted a tame.

Ok, it's pretty obvious to me (I've killed several) that Enraged Bull Rancors are not the Bull Rancors that I need to complete the trials. Can anyone tell me where I can find Bull Rancors? I've searched for a few hours and only found EBR's. Anyone?
