With the upcoming patchs petregeneration nerf,we're as Ch's are forced into a Medic profession leaving us with fewer points for other skills.

What's so bad about sitting in your house AFK while healing up your pets??
It's going to be worse now because now CH's are going to Go AFK in medical centers with their pets out because they don't regenerate naturally and then hope for medics to come by and train heal on them.

Is that what you want?
More players AFK not playing the game because they are forced to sit looking on the screen if they don't have medic profession.

Bring back regeneration or bring back datapad regeneration, the other thing is doomed from the beginning.

I don't want to be forced into a profession i don't like.
(the reason why i don't like medicprofession is because it simply is the worst ever healing profession maded in ANY games)

It's bad enough you nerf the class but even worse when you force us into another profession.

BTW,how are we going to get our pets mindpool back if regeneration is a nono????

Is it just me or is there an awful lot of whining in all of these boards?

Anyhoo just become a novice medic. At that level you can use B stims which work great *if* you find a supply of high quality ones. I try to carry around at least 50 or so at any given time. If you're totally against becoming a novice medic leave your pet outside of the med center, go into the med center, and tip 1000 to a doctor to come out and heal your pet.

Don't be a jerk and take them out in a med center or cantina.

Medcenters is where stuff get healed so unless they give us pet regeneration back so i can sit AFK in my house to heal them up i will sit my ass in medical centers with my pets and go AFK.

I don't like beeing forced into a profession i don't like.

There is no reason what so ever why they should have removed the pets Ham regeneration, none what so ever.
It hurt noone that CH's sit afk in their houses to heal their pets up but with upcoming patch you will see CH's sitting afk in towns with their big pets out.

Nice way to ruin something that worked and didn't hurt anyone at all.

Ya the Regen thing is pretty bad.

I think everyone should have been petitioning and screaming about this instead of the level cap. I can live with the level cap, i don't like being forced into taking Medic either.

To be fair they must remove the regen rate from droids and players now though.

We're getting hit pretty bad. The Level Cap. Not many spawning Babies. Needing Tame+Train to call pets, and no Pet Regen.

And to top it off they strill didn't fix any of the bugs.

Also with the nerf, - going to post this on the rifleman forum so that more people understand how stupid it is...

Any CH in a PvP situation against a Rifleman or BH - I think they get mind damage shots, they can really slow down a CH by headshot and mindshot on pets. Since they heal slowlllllllyyyyyy, that creature is going to be out of the game for a very very long time.

Since there is no real negative for death, hurt the pets... that hurts the player more than killing them.

Smart move devs.

Hoping against hope:
Actual balance, no nerfs.

No, just you. I hardly call raising concerns over a product that I'm paying monthly for using, whining. If there's a change that is going to be made, and I don't agree with it, of course I'm going to voice my opinion. You may prefer to just sit back and let whatever happens to you, happen, but I chose to at least attempt to make myself known.

Again, why should we, or anyone, have to go into a profession? If I wanted to be a Doc, I'd have chosen that profession.

Healing can only be doneinside a Med Center.

Hey, I have to go by what SOE dictates. They don't want to allow pets to regen? Then I have to take them to the only place they can be healed then.

It would be nice to get some kind of pet regen boost while camping .. that way pet health could be regenerating while we chill/chat and have our wounds passively healed

Alternatively a Stim Heal Multiplier for pets while in camp .. at least it wouldn't get so expensive for full HAM heals.

I hate whining but i also hate stupidity, and from what I gathered, each class is supposed to be able to be independant, in other words you shouldnt need to be any other class to be viable. Basically all they keep doing is making ch less and less viable independantly, and theyre causing more people to take up other professions which makes them seem even more overpowered than they were in the first place, lol what a lovely cycle theyve brought along.

Forgive me if this has been asked (and answered) elsewhere, but one query.

"Reduced regen stats of baby creatures and pets."

Now, does this mean :

1) All baby creatures and all pets will regenerate at a slower rate (e.g. regeneration is scaled down by a flat x percent for all of these)

OR

2) Baby creatures will regenerate at a slower rate, and pets will also regenerate at a slower rate depending on how far they have grown (i.e. the rate of regeneration will scale up as your pet grows, since there is more HAM to get back)

Granted both of these increase downtime, but hopefully we're looking at option 2 here.

I've taken up BE also now, because they are supposed to have some pet healing stims. I'm not clear on what or how, or if they will be in the next patch.

I'm beginning to rethink whether I want CH after all. It's kinda fun playing with the pets, but I can do that without being a CH, even thought pets will be low level.

You don't have to use points on medic to heal your pets. Pet stims will be usable by anyone. You will actually have to buy something to help stimulate the economy though.
