Thread: Secret pet trick(s)?

Alright, I can't take credit for this, as a fellow CH taught this to me near the Coronet starport, but it is pretty cool.
Here is how it goes:
Call a rancor
Pet him until he kneels/sits
Use trick 2 (i think) command
... He pounds his fists on the ground shaking everything around
Have tried this on a few other animals with no success. If anybody else finds some interesting "hidden" tricks, please post here...

Well it's not really "hidden" tricks.
It clearly says at various places that some pets have tricks for when they are lying down.

And same with the Cat Model. you can make him SIT down and then what looks like a Shake with both front paws.
On trick one for both Rancors and Grauls you can make them try and hide from you by them covering there Eyes with there hands.

Um what various places are you talking about? If it is the forums, I have never seen it and just was letting everybody else know.
In any case, if anybody else knows of any other pets that do these "non-hidden-obvious tricks", please inform myself and the community.

When you been a MCH for over a year like I have then you get the special badge (CH Comic) that let's you crack jokes about CH. "Is that a worrt in your pocket or are you just glad to feel the glow"

I'm sorry if I sounded rude or anything as that wasn't my point. I was more thinking about something as I was typing and what I typed didn't really express what I meant to say.
IT should of went more like: "I remember seeing at some places that some pets have tricks... etc."
I'll admit there isn't a ton of places that mention this, but I'm 95% sure it's in the manual and I've seen it posted on these forums a couple of times, although it wasn't the main topic of the post (mostly things like: "I luv my graul becausehe is funny,specially when he cover his eyes... etc.)

OK so far we have:
Rancors
Grauls
"cats"
Anything others? Common, us CH's need to amuse ourselves somehow.
The rancor pounding is really funny but will probably get you reported faster than a wrix chomping into your leg.

I'm not sure how to repeat this, but I've seen it with Merek's and Webmasters.
Sometimes when I danced close to them, they'd dance too. Sometimes other dancers have made it happen when you dance close to the pet. I've seen it happen with both real dancers and the social emote /dance.
The animation is a lot like them running in place but with a side-to-side motion built in, and a slight rotating left and right.
I wish I knew how to make it happen consistently but I think its more of a randon thing.

Wokka, I think this is just done by having your pet in a wedge or column formation and dancing... they're trying to keep a certain distance, and do all kinds of turns and such to do so. Kind of cool looking.
