Creature Handler Archive

This game kinda blows. I guess some of you have considerably more patience than myself. I'm more of an a fast-paced action game kinda guy....I thought SWG would present a more mature gaming world, but I can't justify shelling out cash each month for this. I get more content looking at screenshots of Half Life 2 than playing star wars galaxy.

Let alone all the bugs and things that just don't make sense. There are plenty of games out there, so I can easily afford to be picky. I'm glad many of you appear to enjoy the game, I hope you success and continued enjoyment.

I'm just posting because I'm tired of game companies using the public for beta testers. The last two games I've wanted to be serious about (Tribes2 and now SWG) released crap....There are plenty of excuses (or they just pretend everything's fine), but like I said, with quality games from Blizzard, Valve, EA, Id and more, I see no reason to pay for crap...

Sincerly sorry to see you go. We all bought into the fact that SWG was going to be like the movies, and sadly, were dissapointed by the fact that it had little.

Now that we got that out of the way, Can I have your stuff?

I just think this game isn't for *everyone* (what game is??). Starwars just has such a huge fanbase that really a lot of people wanted to play it, regardless of what kind of game it is.

I like it. I even like thatI have to go to 3 planets to get resources.. keeps me challanged.. keeps me busy..

I'm on Valcyn. I don't have much...except for some nice BH weapons (my scatter andLLC are pretty solid) and a small chunk of money. Oh, I also have like 20 encoded disks maybe they'll become worth more as the deadline draws near (maybe it's already passed, haven't been on in about 5 days).I'll give most to the people I played with, the next (and last time) I go on.

I agree that the game isn't for everyone. And that the "Star wars" aspect of it drew it a lot more people than the game will be able to substain. With everything said and done, I still think this game is in beta.

I understand your frustration Elementalite, believe me, I agree with everything you said. I personally am waiting for the space expansion, that will be the make-or-break point for this game as far as I and most people I know are concerned. Good luck to you.

I agree that the bugs are annoying but I have found that I really enjoy the game despite of that. There really is a lot to do and many different activites to try. Sorry to hear you are leaving.

I personally think this game rocks. I was playing another RPG for 2 years before coming to SWG, and the service is way better. If you wanna play a crap RPG go and play Legend of Mir for 2 years, then you will run back to SWG for sure. Can't believe I put up with that RPG for so long. The support for SWG is brilliant in comparrison. Yep there are bugs but people are working on them all the time, and its one wonderful environment. I guess RPGs really ain't your cup of tea mate.
