The TMB is CL45. Since the changes the DMA has better kinetic resist and is only CL40. The TMB is better for the other resists, but in fights where you only need kinetic the DMA is a better pet.
That's great. Way to go man! I've been trying to ever to get me a screecher. Being a MCH and a 3-4-4-3 Carbineer I'm having a difficult time getting through those missions solo. What three pets do you take out for these kind of missions anyway? I've been using a pair of dune lizards or a Rancor. Don't mind me, I'm just jealous.
Again Congrats.
question for you saba... I thought you could not have a pet out and tame a pet. Was I wrong or was I bugged when I tried this?

As long as you can have multiple pets out and you have 1 less than your max you can tame and have pets out. i.e. As a master CH you get to have 3 pets out. So to tame I put 1 away this leaves 2 and I can tame a third. I have always been able to do this.

I have several pet combos I will use. Its always 2 wild and 1 low level BE. And I'm always maxed out for the control level. When the TMB grows up I'll have to go to only 2 pets since it is a CL47 and I really want it in my pet line up.

Ah and remember the CL levels of the creatures... the max number of creature levels you can control is 70, so if you have two level 30 pets out you can only tame a level 10...

I am a merik fan and know that the battlelord is one of the most stubburn creatures to tame. They always run and can aggro easily and when find them they usually always stay right beside mom making it a challenging tame. I think the merek species in general are one of the toughest to combat because there lairs (when static spawns) have at least 5 different merreks. I am looking for a deathshead and the lairs are tough because there are always 5 and sometimes 2 deathsheads out at same time. After cycling through first spawn the lair brings out the 2nd spawn really quick giving me very little time to use pet stems.
