Thread: CSR problems; No Bull Rancor Babies?...Vert, please read...

Yesterday, I submitted a ticket, asking if the Bull Rancor (baby) spawns were somehow broken, because I had yet to hear of one on Intrepid.
I got a response today from a CSR-DaleG, saying that there are no Bull Rancor babies in game and he appologized for the inconvience.
So, what exactly is going on here? Is the customer service that bad, that he doesn't know a whole lot about the game, or could have these certain tameables been removed, or what? I would really like to know, seeing as I have been looking since last year (if I remember correctly) trying to find one of these tameables. Thanks, Vert...

*sighs* So is he just uninformed, or were they removed outright with this last patch?

Who knows. Has one been tamed recently that we know of? I haven't heard of one being tamed on Intrepid anyhow. I would really like to know what the deal is before I continue wasting months of my time looking for one...

I think the Frenzied Graul is the creature that needs to be addressed. Not one confirmed tame since the patch several months ago yet they say tamable
As far as that response that sounds like an uninformed csr rep. Send again and ask for a knowledge rep in ch to address it because they are tamable.

Surely this is something ourcorrespondent should get clarified. I dont mean any offence but there seems to be precious little information or contact with the game providers on this forum.
Something like this is a matter of fact and can be clarified easily if asked to the right people. The Frenzied Graul issue is a joke. It either is or isn't tameable. Someone must know!!!

I'd like to know something. The tiny bit of content CH's have is more rare than a f**king Jedi in this game. So anyting to upset that gets my anger going...

Just to play the part of the Devils Advicat (sp??)
Rare's a content/quests... What other Proffesion has a quest that can take a whole year to compleate!!!!!

It would be different if the quest was fun.

I would like to see Rare Pets in a Quest..... something like the Armor Quest for RIS armor. Go find a hermit somewhere that will teach you the secret to taming a Bull rancor.. then he leads you to a "secret" breeding ground where you can find a baby.....

I'll be dead honest, I'm not going to be upset if they were removed from the game, IF replaced by an equivilent high-level rare. Animals stay rare by becoming extinct. I'll be bummed that they became untamable while I was leveling my new character, but that's the way it goes.
