Would it be possible to TAME a lava flea WITHOUT something to cross lava with? And, are lava fleas aggro?

Yes, you can tame a lava flea without crossing lava. No, Lava Fleas are not agro.

I think the only aggroable version of a lava flea are lava flea guardians (CL70). Other versions are all non-aggro.

It has been stated that you can go everywhere on Mustafar without having to cross (walk on) lava. You may have to take a long route but you can get around on Mustafar without a Lava Flee, Skiff, Jetpack, etc.

Thanks all! And while I was there scored a lowland blistmok raptor aswell as a lava flea.

Snatched a Blistmok Raptor and Lava Strider..in only 7 of 8 attempts!

Yes within easy walking distance you can tame Lowland Blistmok (CL67), Lowland Blistmok Raptor (CL69), Lava Flea (CL65), Lava Strider (CL67), Lave Flea Guard (CL70 and Elite), and the Kubaza Worker Beetle (CL70).

Oops! The Lava Flea and the Lava Strider are non-aggressive. You might want to get some Taming modded clothing for the others - I had a much easier time taming the Raptor once I changed clothes.

I saw a tamable Lava Flea Queen... but lvl 75. havent seen another since

yeah I saw at least four versions of high level fleas or raptors that were queens. guardians, ect. all way over the limit though. ahh to have the neckless.

As I don't have the taming necklace as yet I didn't list the tamables over level 70 but in the same area you will find Lava Flea Queen (CL75-Elite), Blistmok Crystal Stalker (CL72-Elite), Kubaza Soldier Beetle (CL75-Elite), Tulrus (CL78), Jundak - LOL a turd on legs (CL78), and Talrus Matriarch (CL80). I didn't make it over the hill back to the spiders but there were some level 70 elites babies by the Talrus marker.
Also found some new critters on Naboo: Naboo Shaupaut Elder (CL26, non), Greater Shaupaut Elder (CL30), Shaupaut Hunter Elder (CL29), and Veermok Scavenger to add to the new spiders.

To make it clearer on the travel. There is a bridge between each island. Look on the map for thin gray connectors. It is a loooong round about trip to some areas but you can get everywhere without special transportation. Just be careful when running from an agro and don't fall in.
