Thread: Day 2 of Milteck's Master Creature Handling Jedi: Getting shot in the Back by a cowardly BH

I had a 4th of July celebration at my city Galactica with Fire works.
Afterwards went hunting with fellow guild mates Ruselch (Lowca) and Tsalia (Valcyn). We went to Dath where we ran 20k missions for Kammureth Defielers and was great xp for my jedi. Ruselch was one of my first members joining Tivo'sguild in Lowca and came over to Radiant to create a character.Tsalia is from Valcyn and has joined to helped build my city andthrough jus a couple of hours of hunting with us went from novice scout up to novice ch.
Anywaymy goal was to get 200k xp so can get skill to heal other group members or pets using just the force. I was able to get the 150k I needed and overall had a blast hunting with fellow guildmates who enjoy being a creaturehandler as much as I do.As our buffs were running outwe went to Coronet to city because thats where my trainer is and decided to go to Talus to look for Greater Sludge panthers. I got thetraining and was waiting to get rebuffed in line when suddenlyi came under fire by a cowardly BH shooting me in the back. I wasnt buffed, wearing my jedi robe, or even brandishing my saber.
Ihave been hunted before but at least other bounty hunters had class about it and wouldnt gun someone down who was unarmedsimply waiting for a buff. I wasnot teffed so it had to be a bounty hunter missionand his mockery of killingme after was the worst part.So I lost 200k in xpbut at least I didnt lose any skill boxes or any of pets were harmed in this attack.
Oh well, this doesnt change the wonderful time I had with Fellow BEAST membersand now I am going to try tovisit solely automated buff shacks.
I didtame a Mountain vesp tonight and had no difficulty in doing so. It appears to be the higher lvl creatures over 50 that mytrand jedihas so much difficulty in taming.

No buff, no robe and no saber...
That BH was not coward, was only smarter than you.
No offense but if you should be more paranoic, because the time you relax is the time you die.

My buffs had just warn off as was standing in line.
I am just going to start going to the automated buff shacks and using more remote starports because I dress in regular clothes with master ch title so bounty hunters have a harder time identifying me. I think this bh had a mission on me so it didnt matter whether was in robe or not. I was not teffed so it had to be a bh mission.
Jedi and Master CH is very fun and am enjoying the experience very much

Gotta agree. BHs are so gimpled at the moment that they need any advantage they can get. This was simply smart play by the BH.
Jedi should constantly be on guard against attacks from BHs. You snooze you loose.

This is the point!
I think, I may be wrong cause I'm not Jedi, that the BH missions are currently the major danger for a Jedi.

Kind of funny how a day of helping some fellow creature handlers made him deserve to get shot. Maybe he should be anti-social then he won't "deserve" it.
I don't blame the BH either. He is doing what he is supposed to, and they aren't supposed to be nice or honorable. It is the visibility system that needs work.

Sorry you got hunted, we did have fun though. You've actually made me want to open my FS slot, since they can be CH too lol...we really have to do that again, just need to end my part in the hunt before 6 am...you kept me up waaay too late lol, that's why the BH got you! Bwahahaha!

Seems to me that there are a huge amount of people who would be more than happy to take over your Jedi account and "be at risk". When you make a Jedi you are accepting the fact that you can be killed at any time and suffer the losses.

I do accept the risk of being the Jedi.
What really got me upset about this hunt was the tautning he did over my corpse afterwards and the tells afterwards.
I am just going to move on and pass his name on to other jedi to be on the watch for.

lol the BHs also pass on the names of jedis who are a problem. its becoming a regular BH vs. jedi hate fest out there.....
