Nice job! Sweet looking beast too!
(by the way...it's agro from the word aggressive, not argo.) ![]()
YES!!!!
That whole Argo thing drives me up a wall...
We should make a global announcement...maybe have SOE make it a story of the week, even...a Friday Feature on in-game short-form, and how to best use it without driving English Majors up a wall...
Please, for love of the maker, use Aggro(or agro even) whenever referencing a creature that is inclined to attack without provocation...Argo...well, that was actually the name of the Vessel that Jason and his mates piloted when they set out for the golden fleece(from whence comes the term Argonauts)...
K...back to our regularly scheduled broadcast![]()

"In AC2 they reffered to the person being attacked as the person receiving arrgo. As long as they maintained "Arrgo" they kept getting attacked. Some even explained it as gaining argo by doing more damage. It was something achieved and maintained"
Argo v. Aggro - - Yeah, this used to drive me batty as well, even a couple of my guildmates used to do this!! Whoever it was in AC2 they were using the wrong term, ie they meant aggro, as in the player has gained aggro (the mob had aggroed on them or become agressive towards them bc they were doing the most damage). So yes, it is achieved and maintained, hopefully by the designated tank in the group, and this is usually done by doing damage or by using a taunt or similar skill/power. Its the same thing just those you were with in AC2 were ... confused ![]()
for example a group of four can surround a krayt and take it down with CDEF pistols if everyone stays on opposit sides and maintains steady fire the krayt will become confused and not come after anyone. that is why for a tanking pet speed of attack and hit % are far more important to a tanking pet than damage.

I don't have the coords with me, but I'll post them tonight or in the morning for you. I do know I was SW of Nyax's (spelling) stronghold.
