You take a mission, call your pets, enter into combat all is right with the world. Ah, first kill lays at your feet. You loot him, ah yes,the game is good to you. Then you notice, your pets are still in combat! What, you think some NPC has flanked you. No wait, there is nothing there! What the hell are they fighting, thin air? They will not store, can not be healed. My god, you have lost control. So you make a trusty bug report, smiling to yourself, knowing full well that the bug report will be promtly answered. Hummm, no answer could it be they over looked it? Surely the DEV are not ignoring you. You know, after filing at least 12 of these same reports, I suspect they dont give a damn. They are too busy nurffing some other poor slob's profession, and will get back to finish killing off Creature Handler another day.

I usually hit escape twice, and if that doesn't do it I tell them to follow things that I am about to kill, and if that doesn't work I log off for 15 minutes to get them to auto-store.

Is this not a known bug? I know about your method of getting around it. But is this not a known bug that should have been fixed long ago?

bug reports aren't answered by CSRs because their bug reports, not CSR tickets, despite what the misleading message you get at the end of a bug report says :/. you've gotta use the customer service ticket option thing if you want a CSR, who may just say "We thank you for your patience in this matter, be sure to /bug your problem in-game, have a nice day!"

update your video drivers, delete your profile folder, ensure your monitor is plugged in, those are all actual CSR responses I've received from submitting tickets. My dog gives me a better response to in-game issues.
Do you even know how hard it was to submit a CSR ticket without havingmy monitor plugged in?

'Ensure your monitor is plugged in.' I like that one. Did you let him know you have never plugged it in, and you used the force to submit the ticket?

If I spent the time writing down every corny response CSRs can give my mind might explode from the ridiculousness of it all

Ah yes, the "Pet in combat with air" bug. My favorite. We are what, 2.5 months into the CU and they still haven't fixed this.
This is just one of the myriad reasons why I dropped CH. I miss the pets, which were fun to have, but I do NOT miss the incredible amount of aggravation the profession put me through from the CU on.
I feel for you guys, I really do. And imagine, it's even worse -- of my two characters, one was a CH and one is an Entertainer. Can you feel the Dev-love tonight?

Had that happen once on Dath. Found that to be rather cute. I had a Merek get suck in the scenery on Lok once as well. All I could see was his upper body. Auto-store was another favorite of mine.
I must admit, i do not miss the bugs.
