Hello all,

Two days ago I got my second sighting of and fight with a Great Plains Stalker. This one was at 1665, 1782 --the most northen point of their range that I've personally seen posted.

Found it standing by itself, killed it, 3 more spawned over time, killed all 3, no babies.

This also happened a couple months ago when I found one, killed it, killedthe spawn, no babies.

To get a nice list of sighting WPs, go to swgcreature.com --basically they are north of Coronet.

Ive been on its tail for the last 4 weeks, 32 cats down no baby still!!!

For an incredibly hard creature to find, youd think it would spawn babies a little more, espacialy since its a Master only pet

They always spawn in groups of 4, 1min intervals

I believe it was on swgcreatures.com that I read that someone saw 4 of them ALL AT THE SAME time just north of Coronet and they were fighting one another.

Now, THERE is a place to find a baby, you would think -- but apparently, he didn't

Yesterday .. May 3rd I ran into 5 great plains stalkers ... I couldnt resist killing them all but never saw a baby ( I wish ). Im not sure the direction but its directly out the "Back" of the Theed Starport.

I've seen them on Naboo, not far from Theed. And being a novice ch, I run the other way.

guys, listen to a veteran master CH...

great plains stalkers are only on corellia. swamp stalkers and plains hunters are only on naboo.

Greetings,

The Plains Stalker can be found on Naboo. It has theskin of a Gurrcat and unless something has changed very recently, it does not spawn babies anymore. The Great Plains Stalker can be found on Corellia and has the skin of a Razor Cat. The rare cat in Naboo is the Swamp Stalker, similar to the Plains Stalker but with better stats. All three only occur as random spawns and therefore cannot be acquired through missions.

I hope this clears up some confusion.

Pem...not you too!

the PLAINS HUNTER is on naboo

the GREAT PLAINS STALKER is on corellia

there is no "plains stalker"

Like i said Great Plains Stalker in a ring area from 1500m to 2700m around Lord Nyax POI

Tivo, Pem: How many did you guys kill before a baby spawned, im woundering if perhaps the database would somehow keep count of the number and type of kill our character has. * spanws of 4 cats= 32 up to now. funny its almost more fun then the bull hunt lol

Im right behind Tivo at 273 lairs now lol

I stand corrected and am utterly embarassed.

Plains Hunter indeed. It did sound wrong when I wrote it, and I was going to check swgcreatures before I posted. But dinner was ready, the cat was screaming his fool head off for chicken,and I didn't want to get myself in trouble. So instead,I pay the price here. One month away from the game and I am already forgetting stuff like this. When oh whenwill they fix CH so I can return.

I was one of the incredibly lucky ones. I had been searching for two days when I ran into my first Great Plains Stalker spawn. The fourth one was a baby. It aggro'd me a few times, but after that and a few failed attempts, the cat decided to go home with me.
