If we officially call it a protest, they're going to whine. And if they feel like trying to stop this by deleating threads, I'll make us a forum on my PA's site and we'll plan it there. The only way I'll stop planning it is if they start fixing bugs, NOW.

Spread the word that we'll be having a sit-in at Coronet Starport with as many animals as possible at a time to be announced, someday very near Aniversary Night, likely June 25th. This thread is to determine turnout, so we can see if we want to focus it on a specific galaxy with alts, or will we have enough people to do it at every Coronet in every galaxy.

Please post your server, the number of people you would be able to bring (be very reasonable in your estimates, your PA might be 200 people but you know they won't all be on and not all of them that are will want to sit for a few hours), if you can provide large non-CH pets to an alt if necessary, and any other info that might be useful. Please limit discussion to other threads so this one contains as much straight info as possible.

Scylla, 15-40 people for sure, can provide non-CH pets with notice and will be bringing at least 10 to give away, will also drop something along the lines of malkloks or ravenous tortons.

Count me in. Will be created a new character on the serverand bringing a few other along from Chim who support the cause too.

I am willing to participate if I am free that day.

I would need a non-CH pet, but I would also be willing to coordinate making a character ahead of time to free up pad space. I could possibly bring 1 or 2 other handlers with me.

I can be on Corbantis and if I can get my skill levels back I can pull out my malkloc. I stupidly dropped three levels thinking I would leave before I spent too much time in the profession but just can't do it. I'm hooked and after only working on CH for 3 weeks

If you want me on another server I would need to create an alt and use a non-ch pet. I only play one character in any game so don't want to spend a lot of time leveling an alt somewhere.

If I can get my new RAM stick, I will see what I can do on Eclipse. Maybe I will go hunt down 3 Malklocs just for the occasion. If I don't get more RAM, then I won't make it as it will feel like Bestine on Day 9 of LIVE.

....and then no matter how hard we get nerfed, we still keep CH because we are still some of the coolest characters on the game.

Woohoo, I just got my 3 Malklocs. They will be full grown in a week and we will be ready.

There was already a single CH at the Coronet starport today. Everytime a CH came to wait for a transport they pulled out there pets. It was a ring of creatures, lol.

I even renamed my mouse droid to voice my approval of his statement, and then had my droid walk a patrol pattern across the main lines of travel.

I think we are ready for this, give us a date.
By having this be a silent but visual occasion I think we can definitely outdo those afk sellers.

Now what to name my three Malklocs, any ideas?

Wow this reminds me of a similar day years ago in the glorious Ultima Online

What did that achieve.........everyone hated tamers even more than they did already and pissed all the harmless players off

I'm sure everyone has seen how you get complaints if you have pets blocking terminals, doctors buffing and even that you are causing lag by having big ass pets.

In my view this will achive nothing at all...no one from SOE will take note, all thats gonna happen is that CH's are going to get quite a lot of people who dislike them for this protest.

I look forward to my abusing flames, as is the nature of the CH "moralistic" forum.
