These are clothes that a Taylor can make using tissues made by a BE. They give a bonus to you taming ability. There are two types of Taming. One is for Vicious Creatures which are aggro creatures that con red on your radar and the other is for general taming. Most clothes have +25 to taming which is the cap. The + to Taming Vicious allows you to tame aggro creatures before you get Taming II and allow a Master, non-Wookie, to train some of the rares like the Bull Rancor. The +25 to general taming increases your chances of success when you tame. With the bonus you may tame a creature in 3 tries instead of 5 or 6. It should be noted that there is no increase in the CL of the pet you can tame and control. If you can control a CL 19 pet without the clothes you can still only control a CL 19 pet with them. They are normally available from a Taylor or his vendor. Some BE's also sell them but mostly it is the Taylors.

Is the global taming cap +25 or only for each clothes? Like do i get +75 if i put on a shirt, pants and boots with +25 each?

+25 is maximum bonusper character.

The cap of +25 is global for all skill enhancements for all professions. You may show that you have +75 when you view your skills but you have the same abilities as some one that shows +25. The different skills do stack you could have +25 Taming and +25 Pistol Accuracy that works but if you had +50 Taming you really only have +25 no matter what the skill page says.

i have seen the +25 taming shirts but have never seen the +25 taming vicious clothing. can they be made as a belt?

I have seen them as a shirt, as pants, and i think i might have seen some boots.
