Thread: Bloodstained Prowle: BEAST investigation on this creature is concluded

Greetings
As many of you know BEAST is committed to excellence in finding rare creatures. I recieved the news of this creature from swgcreatures.com and it was posted by fellow BEAST member Saphena. That caught my attention right away and added some validity forme that this creature exists.
Now as many of you know the tatooine rare creaturessuch as Wild Dune Boar are exceptionally difficult to find and if this is indeed another rare creature of tatooine I would expect the spawn rates to be just as scarce. Tycalibur of Naritus has volunteered to check the one waypoint posted on swgcreatures.com and spend some time investigating tatooine for this creature. I will also do the same on Radiant and for Sunday will ask for more volunteers.

Yep I confirmed as well that it is apart of the padawan missions.
The story goes that a Beast is terrorizing citizens in a major city such as Mos Eisley or Theed. It explains why such a creature spawns in cities and since is a trial creature cannot be tamed even though says it can be.
If they can create creatures like this for trials how difficult would it be for the devs to create a creature for us.

no new critteres for us ch's for a long long time, broken spawns on some of those we do have and yet they can create a new critter for JEDI and even put tamable in its stats yet cant add a singel new critter for ch's this isnt just ignoring us its slapping us in the face then laughing

It just goes to show you how transfixed this Development team is on Jedi. I hate Jedi and I hate them more every day.

Ok, I am not starting a flame war here, I am clarifying, in an adult manner, a point I feel the need to make.
BEAST is not the be-all end-all of answers for CH. We are a group of CH's that have banded together to help others by promoting awareness about the CH profession for those who like it. I would recommend checking out what BEAST is all about before knocking it. We are a pooling of resources -- meaning a group of many people -- that try and come up with answers to questions like this. And when we don't have the answers, we turn to the forums, just like we did on this issue. What BEAST is not: Weare not a group of people whothink we are better than anyone else in this game. And I am sorry if any CH not affiliated with BEAST takes it that way. We are here to help all CHs, Vert, and each other. Remember, we all met our fate under the nerf bat of December together, so that doesn't make me as a CH any better than any other CH, whether you are with BEAST or not. As a CH Community, we are all in this together. Besides, I have to confess that wasmore unknowledgable about this creaturethana LOT ofpeople before last night.

Flame on, flame off, either way, don't matter to me. My comment is my opinion, and i'm intitled to it. And I am fully prepared to be burnt to a crisp if need be.
Please don't get me wrong. Some members of BEAST that I have spoken with seem fine, but some of the posts come off a bit....how do you say....egotistic? As if they didn't confirm something, it isn't a problem. Like I said, maybe it's just me.
Either way, I'm in a pretty lousy mood at the moment and it just rubbed me the wrong way. I'll just remove what I stated earlier and be done with it.

Thanks for clearing up this issue. As a big fan and collector of cats, I was so excited to find this new one. Quite a letdown to find it's a quest creature

You would think they would put a new tamable creature in with every patch. Even if they only made it tameable during that patch, it would still give the CH community one less reason to be so ticked at the Devs. I guess the answer to that is the word "think". I havent been seeing a ton of that for the non-jedi lately. And I am not even a jedi hater, it is just obvious that they are in the crosshairs for the near future and we are not even on the target list.Oh well, at least now we wont be wasting time looking for a baby from a creature that doesnt spawn them cough* frenzied graul *cough

Hello, Milteck....
Per your request, here is the thread in which a Padawan (hopefully)lays the issue to rest. The Bloodstained Prowler is part of a padawan trial mission, which is why it is being found near cities.

Im on Naritus as well. I will check it out and report what if anything I can find. Or not. I was just beaten to the punch it seems. Oh well....

Remember when jedis complained that one of their jedi trials, kill a Graul Maurauder was not spawning?
Took a couple days to fix the spawns of those on Dant didnt it...
If they can just edit, and hotfix some creatures for jedis, let alone ADD jedi trial beast then thats just another proof of the blatant lies we have been hearing for months about not fixing the tamable tags on ALL extincts and rares
e.g. The Bull Rancor
Sure i love the FG, but i also want ALL the extincts back.
