I'm not absolutely sure that you can put a creature on a vendor--but I'm fairly sure that you can.
Price--I'd probably charge 10K, but if the server you're on will bear more, more works.
I charge 10k for non-ch mounts. Well, I charge 1k per cl, so it just works out that way.
No, you can't put a tamed creature on a merchant. Only BE pets, that have yet to be tamed, can be placed on merchants or the broker.
Currently BEs can not make many mountable creatures that a Non-CH can use because BE clones are now sizing according to CL, the animals are just to small at CL10 to put a saddle on so the option to train em as a mount simply dosent show up when they are full grown.
As far as pricing goes sinceevery galaxy has a different economy I caint give you an accurate answeron what to charge but 10-20K seems to be a fair price.
i started out selling them for 20k-30k then lowered it a bit
i was in eisley shouting
20k for cups's and kaadu's,
25k falumpaset's and bol's
30k banthas
well the banthas sold instantly
bols were gone shortly there after
and 1 falumpaset and 1 kaadu someplace in between
heck i even got tiped 15k for training someones cupa
however some J/A starts shouting 15 min after me selling all his
mounts for 10k so i packed up shop and went to get a torton
later i ended up going 15k for the cupa's and 20k for everything else
but did not try it very long before i called it a night
ill test it out today and maybe lower it to 10k-20k range

No, you cannot put a tamed animal on a vendor. The animal resides in your datapad, not your inventory. Only an animal in deed form can be placed on a vendor. Therefore, only BE pet deeds can be sold on a vendor.

You have to consider the fact that you must grow the animal and train it to be mount before you can sell it to a customer as a mount. You will want to stagger the animals in your datapad. In other words, tame two mount types today, two more the next day andtwo more the next. By the end of the third or fourth day the first two should be grown enough that that can be trained mount and sold. You will have to go to a public area and spam mounts for sale because, again, you cannot place these animals on a vendor. Your price will be based on your demand. Pick a price, like 10K and see how fast you sell your animals. Adjust your price accordingly. You'll be selling two mounts every day if you stagger your animals correctly.

BE mounts have been changed because of the curb. Non-CH animals do not grow to the full size of their wild counterparts. This means that not all of the mountable animal bodies will grow large enough to take a saddle. These animals will have no "train mount" in the radial menu because they are too small. Also, mounts that are level 70 grow much larger than their wild counterparts. This means they growtoo large to hold a saddle. Those animal also have no "train mount" in the radial. You can train a CL70 mount before it becomes full grown but when the animal reaches adult the saddle disappears. If you are going to shop for non-CHBE pets to sell as a mount, purchase falumpasets and brackasets. They grow large enough to take a saddle. If you are shopping for a CL70 mount you're better off taming something from the wild. BE's are pretty P.O.'d now, to put it mildly.
