I got a level 70 gurreck (6000+ HAM) and a level 69 rancor(7000+HAM)both with over 400 damage and they have both grown up just fine. They are HUGE though.

I love CH so much. I can't wait to get off work and go play. Last night I made a DL49 Razorcat with 8400 health, 318 damage and 35% state resist, he's going to be awesome.
So much fun! ![]()

Uhhhhh you might want to be careful those stats don't shift, I hear some very well-made pets get the "INVALID STATS YOU CHEATER" message whenever they grow up....

I've already pulled him twice, and his 'to hit', armor effect, and health regen have already shifted. Hopefully, he doesn't shift again.

Well, is it full grown already? The "YOU ARE A N00B, QUIT TRYING TO HAVE FUN WITH INVALID PETS" message apparently strikes when goods BE pets are fully grown....

if they have "the bigger the better" attitude it should be fine (post-cu be pets).
i have a CL70 dune lizzard with 8K health and decent armour and damage rating. its huge for a dune lizard but luckily only as big as a bol - so still useable in tight spots. my cl67 slicehound is 10ft high and looks rather silly - i can only use him on the plains.

Is the Ranc bigger than a classic BULL ?
That would be nuts - those Bull Rancs are monsters already.
Sounds cool at first, but it's really not.
Pet size scaling based on level is a novelty designed to distract from the blandness of the level system.

Man it seems like every recent 'fix' and 'patch' and 'update' has been done with a mantra of SHORTSIGHTEDNESS.
The 'Level' system itself - sure makes it easy to balance the many mobs and whip out new planets faster - but at what cost?
The Respec - sounds great - but what a mess - there was no way it wasn't going to be a mess - should never have happened.
The 'Crafting Changes' -Balanced, sure - But the art of making the best foods, armor, weapons, and PETS, hasbeen reduced topaint-by-number kits.
Of course the classic shortsighted SWG blunder of all time:
Jedi - sure it sounds neat to put them into the game - gives people an 'ultimate goal' of sorts - but you can't let ONE do it without letting ALL do it.

I keep forgetting to take it out on Dathomir to compare, but yes, I thinkit isbigger than the bulls. I have a wookiee and he's pretty tall but he can walkbetweenthe rancor'slegs with room to spare. My gurreck is big enough to put a saddle on (/dream), but it's better than the normal size gurreck because it's not dwarfed by some of the larger mobs and can be seen better. It has a bug when it lies down that makes it's rear end buckle inward, it looks silly, I hope they didn't intend it to be like that.

Because of this cl = size for BE pets, any faults in graphics and art work on pets results in it becoming all the more obvious at ridiculous size. I can't understand why it would be considered necessary to do this to BE pets. Most of us choose a reasonable size pet for group hunting, or for in dungeons. The size of my best post-CU cat is impressive - but I can't use him. I feel such a fool walking round with him!
Wonder what the rest of swg would have to say if they made ALL creatures size up to their level? Level 80 mission durnis anyone?
Haha - just died laughing at least, as you arrive in the cloner.

My level 70 (well will be) Fambaa is enormous! I called him last night and I can't get the camera far enough out to be able to see his head!
