Thread: Creature Handlers meeting at San Diego Zoo during or before fanfest

Fanfest
This year I will be able to attend the fanfest in Anaheim California and was curious if any ch would be interested in meeting each other at the San Diego Zoo. This was an idea posted by Pluto after the last fan fest and would be willing to go do something like this if enough ch would be interested in doing so. I would prefer to meet before Fanfest that way we dont miss out on any events that are happening during the event and the San Diego Zoo is big enough that one could spend all day their walking through it.
Post here if interested in doing this

You do realize how far the San Diego Zoo is from Anaheim, California, right?
Without traffic, it's about a 2 hour drive one way. With traffic.... ugh.
That's pretty much a whole day trip. So I'd set aside a separate day from FF to do that.
On the upside, it'd probably be morefun than attending a day's worth of FanFest

Since I happen to live inSan Diego (or close enough), I'd be up for this. I'm going to FanFest, so before would be better or that Sunday after.

Good idea... I wish I didn't live so far away. 
Just don't try to /sample DNA from the animals or /tame the babies. LOL.

Sounds like it'd be a fun day and it'd be great to meet some of you folks.
However there are two factors working against me..
1) Funds
2) I live in England
If you get it going, make sure you folks take some pictures of the day and get them posted!
