Ok, I was reading this on the website and it confused me a little, it says:
"Star Wars Galaxies: Episode III Rage of the Wookiees Digital Download is scheduled to be available for Pre-Order beginning early April 2005 for $24.95 US.
Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided™ and Jump to Lightspeed™ are required to play this expansion. Jump to Lightspeed is included with your order of the digital download expansion, Episode III Rage of the Wookiees."
Now, does that mean if I order EP3 ROTW I get jump to light speed free ? Becouse if thats the case i'm definatly buying it, and si that a limited deal offer ? becouse if it is i might buy 2. lol anyway Please let me know if I understood it right about getting Jump to lightspeed free.

Yes, That is what it means...
However, If you have Multiple accounts like me:
1st Character
Starwars Galaxies: An Empire Divided
Starwars Galaxies: Jump to Lightspeed
2nd Character:
Starwars Galaxies: An Empire Divided
It means I would have to buy 1 Copy of the 3rd Expansion (Starwars Galaxies: Rage of the Wookiees) for my 2nd Character, and Buy another copy for my main toon, Even though I already have JTL,I am basically paying the $24.xx for the third Expansion.

ok well here's where I'm confused about it. SO I have JTL already becuase I 30 bucks for it, now, I'm gonna have to pay another 30 bucks for rage of the wookies.... so 60 bucks total... now... how come people who WAITED and DIDNT buy jtl somehow now get it free, so only 30 bucks total? how in a marketing sense is this supposed to make people happy. All of us with JTL are sitting here like "WHAT THE..."?! Ur telling me that I just spent 30 bucks when I could have gotten the friggin thing for free? is SOE trying to encourage people holding out from buying an expansion because in a few months it may be free...? BS it only would make sense to me if they would now offer rage of the wookies for free to people who already have JTL.... I dunno... or am I confused? Anyone else know what I mean or agree with me?

thought the same thing when i saw the first post >_> i bought it a few weeks ago so i payed eiter 9.95 or 19.95 >_< cant remember but apoint from that i would be mad if i had to pay ratther then wait (Like i did for the LONGEST time) and get it for free. seeing as you already have my money though, you dont care do you? like Americanpadwan said, (i know there will be problems but...) give ROTW to those with JTLS for free, those without JTLS... hmm. see theres the first problem, people buying jtls now that its cheaper then gettin the ROTW for cheap cheap... i must contemplate my ideas...

Well, I'm already regretting pre-ordering the digital download. I also mult-box, and only have JtL on my primary character, so I figured I'd pre-order on the other boxes (3 box, 4 accounts - I swap one char in and out on the third box, the download only has to be done once, if it's anything like the digital downloads I went through with EQ1), get JtL on those machines and wait to order a boxed copy for my main machine so I'd have box, CD and (in theory) manual.
After entering my info, and exiting the web based order form, the patcher started checking files -- I figured I'd log in real late tonight and check the bazaar. Nope. Patcher started the digital download right then, right there.
And here's the part that is making me regret doing it (unless this is a ONE TIME ONLY thing -- if it's like EQ1, they'd download files each day you logged in, spreading the 30 minute downloads out over a week, once a day) -- the Time Remaing right now, after thirty minutes of steady downloading (with a relatively fast DSL line) is at 12:47:13 and the estimated finish is 05:51:45 pm (that's PM it's currently AM) and that's 6 digits worth of time info there! It started out while I had my second box online doing odds and ends and it gave me an estimated download time of 13:30:00, half a friggin; day!!!
Due to the fact that the patcher is probably real cranky about the other boxes, that means I won't be playing SWG until tonight.
Has anyone else gotten unGodly long times on the digital download? Are the servers over-burdened? I sure hate leaving a machine sitting there twiddling it's thumbs, not daring to try and go on the web on the other machines (I got brave and came here just now, and the patcher is bogging down the DSL line so much, it took quite a while to bring up the forums, so this pre-order pretty much makes me dead in the water for today.
If they plan on doing 13 hours of patching per day, per machine, I won't be pre-ordering again (or in the future hehe). Yes, I get the super-duper in game mounted pet whatzit, and a "free" copy of JtL on one machine that needed it, but what is tying up all three of my boxes for 13 hours worth to me in the virtual sense?
Guess I'll go watch a stinking DVD and get my entertainment fix elsewhere.
