Dont know where to go with the issue so here it is.
I have PM Dev's with issues not that I realy care if they reply but at least they could read them and not skip them or delete them with out reading them.
In case you didnt know there is a way to tell if your PM was read in your outbox, I have several saved that have not been read that are over 4 months old, this shows me how much they care about the players.

It seems that if you want a reply from SOE, just type up a formal letter and send it to the following:
Lucas Arts, A LucasFilm LTD Company
ATTN: Jim Ward, President
PO BOX 10307
San Rafael, CA 94912

Thanks for the address.
Its not that I want a respose some of the PM's are just info I wanted to pass on to the Dev's but my issue is that they dont even read them, they just set in their inbox or they delete them, they talk about improved communications with players, kind of hard to do if they dont read what people try to tell them.

Can you imagine how much PMs they get every day? And how much other things they must take care of?
It's not a lack of respect, it's simply lack of time.

If I would have to choose between the Dev's reading their PM's all day or actuallywork on the game then I would definitely choose the latter !

Indeed, the devs get literally hundreds/thousands of PM's per day. If they went through and read each and every one they wouldn't get anything else accomplished. Your best bet for being heard is to work through your correspondent.

Because tickets go to a rather large CS staff who can wade through them. A PM goes to a specific individual that is very busy with other important things. Not to say that your PM isn't important, but it is lower in the priority list since there are better lines of communication for that kind of thing.

You know part of me dont care for a response but to not even open it to at least look at it is my probelm. Your suggestion to go through the Correspondent's, well they answer you about as much as they answer regular players, with all the cahnges to correspondents lately and some of their complaints to their roll and not being listened to by the Dev's about player concerns, give me and other a warm fuzzy about our issues getting acknowledged.
As for them getting too many PM's to read each day, sorry that is part of the job.

They may not always give feedback to you guys from issues brought up by the correspondents, but I can guarantee you they at least read it. Reading 1000+ PM's a day is not part of their job, if it was they wouldn't get any development (or if you're talking about tiggs/TH any information compilation) done.
