Ive sent numerous Tickets, and the customer service hasnt been there,Sent Emails to the Devs..Ken V told me i would have them back Fast if i sent a ticket..NOTHIN!!

Friday i went to Respec my template...i got half way through it , i got disconnected from the server
when i wasnt through with respecing.
so i logged back on and found that my template was messed up but i figured ide respec it in 12 hrs so i wasnt worried..
Come to find out that as of Friday the unused skill points were lost
Since it wasnt my fault and the server for booting me i want my points back
and Sunday may 1st i see a fix that was done to losing Skill points
I think not getting a "Real" responce to my ticket.
All i want is for you to Respec my template back to the way it was with all the Pre-CU templates that i had grinded.
so i can Respec the way i want it..Its a simple request and ive been getting the run arround...If i dont get it fixed byToday i will take further actions!

dude or gal...you are screwed with the rest of us who lost are respec points. i lost my respec points to and went from a level 42 player to a level 10 so now i cant do crap. Customer service and the devs have no idea on how to return respec points yet, they even have a posting saying that this is something there going to look into in the near future until then though we are screwed. these idiots and there CU didnt bother to think on how to restore lost respec incase of an accident.

Dude BTW They obveously put a Fix in sunday so no one will lose there points....

Thing is THEY CAN!! They can give anything they want to ..from lost items to new ones that were somehow deleted IVE SEEN IT.... there was a Character on our server that had his Acct Hacked Items Given away..Skills Deleted and character Deleted and he was a jedi guardian.....and now hes just the way he was...tell me they cant do it BAH...They just dont want to do it....

thats pretty much it to....i lost my points last nite..and customer service still says they can to anything about respec...Personally what i think there trying to do is just make life hell for everyone since there getting dumped on. And honestly they deserve to be dumped on, and with what few people are left on here they should be kissing our asses and helping. Basically i tried giveing this CU a chance, if i dont get my points by Wednesday i'm cancelling my account

Dude I have had the same problem sence fri last week. i had lvl63 it was my first day on cu. i got on and could't move so i had to respec. the respec thing said it would save my points so i hurried up and respeced so i could get to a safe place. man im a lvl 1 now. I have asked so many csrs for help. i heard the devs told them they were not aloud to help us. so i guess its not the csr's fault. its those dev guys from what i understand.
try to check out artical 10424 for some info on the current issues. thats all the help i have got so far.
o by the way all your friends are getting 2x the xp while your screwed. just a happy thought.

Oh i know...Probelm is if this was like a Bh/Pistols template i could grind that no prob ..THIS IS A FULL TEMPLATE JEDI FOR GODS SAKE!! IM NOT RE GRINDING IT!! im -7mill in the hole ...NO NO they better fix it or the BBB will be involved

First, calm down, freaking over this aint gonna solve anything, nobody in SOE will response to a thread with ranting and flaming.
If you cannot get a satisfactory response form csr's ingame, go to live chat. Failing that, e-mail [email protected]
Name the e-mail "attention supervisor" or "Customer Service Complaint" (I assume this would be a complaint about customer service as they have not returned your skills yet). You will recieve an answer there in 1 form or another. Generally they will direct you to your servers dedicated csr or the csr(s) dealing with skill loss due to respec.
Hope you can get this resolved, i'm sure its extremely frustrating.

Since a while you need a special Abo for the life chat. The standard subscription doesn't work anymore. That means, SoE want to milk us even more..

The real problem you are having with customer service is not that
they will not give you back your skill points (because they will) they
are just really overwhelmed due to the issue with chilastra. It may
take a little while but they will get to everyone with the problem.
Calling live support WILL NOT help because they cannot assist you with
anything but billing or tech help and will just refer you back to
ingame.

Yea fine, but in the meantime all of us with submitted tickets are missing out on the XP bonus week! Sort of unfair, don't you think? |

If they cared about fair this game would still be filled with people on a Friday night instead of being an empty shell of it's former self R.I.P. SWG I have had great fun playing this game but after a year this CURB mess has left me with no reason to play online fee based games any more and to those of you still sticking it out I hope you enjoy the up coming movie as I will try to but after that i'm pretty much done with LA and SOE all together ------------- To all of the greatfriends i've made in this game good luck.................8^( |
