Thread: Customer Service PLEASE!!! DEV or CSR BETTER RESPOND
Ive explained my situation to many times already and this is my last one
when i wasnt through with respecing.
so i logged back on and found that my template was messed up but i figured ide respec it in 12 hrs so i wasnt worried..
Come to find out that as of Friday the unused skill points were lost
Since it wasnt my fault and the server for booting me i want my points back
and Sunday may 1st i see a fix that was done to losing Skill points
I think not getting a "Real" responce to my ticket.
All i want is for you to Respec my template back to the way it was with all the Pre-CU templates that i had grinded.
so i can Respec the way i want it..Its a simple request and ive been getting the run arround...If i dont get it fixed byToday i will take further actions!

Dude BTW They obveously put a Fix in sunday so no one will lose there points....

They can give anything they want to ..from lost items to new ones that were somehow deleted IVE SEEN IT.... there was a Character on our server that had his Acct Hacked Items Given away..Skills Deleted and character Deleted and he was a jedi guardian.....and now hes just the way he was...tell me they cant do it BAH...They just dont want to do it....
Dude I have had the same problem sence fri last week. i had lvl63 it was my first day on cu. i got on and could't move so i had to respec. the respec thing said it would save my points so i hurried up and respeced so i could get to a safe place. man im a lvl 1 now. I have asked so many csrs for help. i heard the devs told them they were not aloud to help us. so i guess its not the csr's fault. its those dev guys from what i understand.
try to check out artical 10424 for some info on the current issues. thats all the help i have got so far.
o by the way all your friends are getting 2x the xp while your screwed. just a happy thought.

Since a while you need a special Abo for the life chat. The standard subscription doesn't work anymore. That means, SoE want to milk us even more..

they will not give you back your skill points (because they will) they
are just really overwhelmed due to the issue with chilastra. It may
take a little while but they will get to everyone with the problem.
Calling live support WILL NOT help because they cannot assist you with
anything but billing or tech help and will just refer you back to
ingame.

Yea fine, but in the meantime all of us with submitted tickets are missing out on the XP bonus week! Sort of unfair, don't you think? |

If they cared about fair this game would still be filled with people on a Friday night instead of being an empty shell of it's former self R.I.P. SWG I have had great fun playing this game but after a year this CURB mess has left me with no reason to play online fee based games any more and to those of you still sticking it out I hope you enjoy the up coming movie as I will try to but after that i'm pretty much done with LA and SOE all together ------------- To all of the greatfriends i've made in this game good luck.................8^( |
