Thread: Error message when changing text color in posts & sigs

This is my 4th attempt at this post. I get this error message whenever I do any of these things
Error message: The message body contains the following prohibited content: style = You must remove this content before submitting your post
The one on the signiture is similar to this
1: Try to change the color of text in my posts
2: Try to change the color of quotes in my post
3: Try to use smileys & color in my posts
4: Try to change my sig

That is because if you look at the top of I believe each forum it say html is temporarily disabled.. even though it has been disabled nearly a year.. Those of us with fancy glow effects or other effects had them before they shut down this feature.
Why did they turn off HTML coding in signatures do you ask? Well, evidently some people found a way to hack dev forum accounts and do alot of damage.. so to fix this hack, they took out html coding in our signatures. I also think it was because we have some immature people that were using HTML to link to porn and other innapropriate pics on these forums.
