Thread: Proposal: TC-Frogs for publish testing

I think that the more hands get into TC and play with changes, the better. I propose that there be 2 or 3 TC servers for each cycle:

1. TC-Prime (for those dedicated to playing TC)
2. TC-Name (a clone of a live server)
3. TC-Frogs enabled (for those not active on TC or the cloned live server)

This would allow EVERYONE in the game to get in and test any given new feature, and provide dev requested feedback. If 3 servers can't be made available, put frogs on the TC-nameserver.

If PvP is a problem on the frogserver, disable the ability to go special forces.

I really think that doing this would help increase the number of people playing with the new code, and would increase the quality of bug reports

That is a very good idea.

I often had the problem that I wanted to test new stuff (especially the new slicing system when it came out) but had no Master Smuggler on TC.
