Why is there an alarming rate of stealth changes occuring now?

Is this to be expected going forward now?

I'm very disappointed in how the combat XP coversion nerf was and is being handled. Throwing stuff in then running away rather than selling the customer (we who are the employer of everyone who works on this game) on why it is "good" for the game when so many are HIGHLY upset at the change, responding only with deletions and bans is a horrid way to run customer relations.

We need someone explaining these changes, why they were made, and why they are good. If that were done, it would prevent a downward spiral into flames.

Why wsn't this lesson learned from the CU fiasco?

Also, I've noticed that communication is W A Y down from what it was the first few days after the devs "found religion" (ie: promised to shift to bug fixes and to communicate with us more). Don't backslide guys, it was going great there for awhile. Suck it up, get on here, and SELL us on these changes!
