Disappointing fireplace indeed. The 2 yr Vet. Reward fireplace isn't what I had hoped it would be. In my opinion a round bazier looks better in a house than this fireplace. I was hoping for one that looked like one featured in a Dev tracker post that someone had built. Oh well. How about those bunker houses that was talked about or some sort of Vet only house. This would be very kool. I have hopes.

They decided thatbig itemslike houses etc should be added to the game through game play (IE: architects crafting them) and things such as ADKs are unbalancing in the long term so rewards are going to be rare items that have no effect on game play and are more collectibles then useful. The fireplace and the deathstar are pretty much what you should expect to get from now on. Btw Tiggs has said as time goes on lower levelsmay recieve more rewards the way 9 months got the display table.

How is a bunker house unbalanced? They could atleast give us a cool lvl 10 pet...

Not every reward will be liked by everyone
that is why you are allowed to choose from past rewards, or save your
rewards until ones you like become available. The updated rewards will
surely not be the last rewards added to the system But as they said
above, future rewards will probably not be anything that will give
anyone a distinct advantage gameplay wise. (personally I love the fireplace and have it in the middle of my room)

Yes, but it would have been nice for them to tell us this a month to a week before they offered the rewards instead of the way they tantalized us with "AT-PT" and "Bunker House" and then were like a teasing older brother and saying they were just joking about those items.

I agree with the idea about Architects crafting houses, but how about a bit more variety in floor plans? I was hopiing for the bunker house just because the Corellian houses of medium or small size are pretty boring. Unlike Tat and Nabooian ones, we get no basements or balconies. So why cant we get a Bunker House schematic as our Vet reward?

Why wasnt there a offical response about the veteran rewards? Why is the veteran reward thread with bunkerhouse and AT-Pt car still up?

Offical responsefor theveteran rewards..They do a thread woow cool veterand rewards... wowow... everyone holds thier breath... The day comes when SWG is 2 years old.. I happen to like the smaller fireplace. At least i don't have worry about getting fried, everytime i have to go around it. How about a smaller fountain too. Architechs can be given schmactics to make these of course. I have this cool item in my house on TC, but i wish i could have it instead of the lizard there on live.
